Not too crazy, nice place for a drink with no hassle.

I keep trying to like this place

Sometimes I'm just doing too good for my own good. Walked into the H&B with some fellow bourbon/being drunk enthusiasts and immediately knew I should settle in. Started with the Pritchard's and enjoyed it very much. A friend knew the bartender, which in these parts instantly makes everyone best friends so the game was definitely afoot. We stopped in somewhere near the middle of a long night of bar hopping, so I'm not sure what I drank after the Pritch, but I'm pretty sure I wasn't mad at it. I do remember a beautiful space that was, in my mind, a perfect place for throwing back a few of the local favorites. Also LSU was losing to Alabama on the TV, and while I could generall give a shit about either team the locals were quite excited and it made for a very lively atmosphere. Great bar,  great staff, can't wait to go back.
