Fuji Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

Was there this weekend, a Sunday night. I am not sure if it has changed hands or what but this used to be a great place to eat which is why we brought out of town guests, what a mistake. When we arrived we had to go find someone to seat us, they were in the back eating while their kids were running and screaming around the restaurant. The place was filthy. Food and trash all over the floor from lunch I suppose, and it took us 20 mins to get our drinks. The cook had to stop cooking for us, to go find the ?? Owners to tell them to seat guests, again they were too busy eating to even come out so he had to again stop and ask them to please seat the customers. The food was ok, the shrimp was obviously frozen and not cleaned. It was just a real disappointment. Should have opted for Cathay like we almost did. With customer service like this I don't expect them to be around much longer.

Went here with my cousins while I was in town for my cousin's wedding in Bowling Green, KY.  

Awe-some food!  

Had the hibachi chicken-very good.  And our chef was really cool.  He gave me all the onions lol-I guess he wanted me to have crazy breath.  Everyone's food was cooked well, and the sushi was also very delicious!  

Nice place, on par!

There has been a management change. With this change there was a change in the service and the quality. It isn't the great place it once was. Sushi still OK but we rarely dine in.
