John Taffer to the rescue!!
Service wasn't great. Food was awful. Bartender was SO bad. Management was the worst. Decor was so tacky, but the view was beautiful!
Service-our server was young. I felt bad for her. She didn't understand what a grape vodka and 'soda' was. She came back with a grape vodka and coke. When I went in to get it re-made the bartender was busy reading recipes off of a sheet and listening to the people at the bar on how to make a martini. What I saw him make must have took 5mins and I can't imagine it tastes good. It was just way too confusing and too long getting a simple drink.
FOOD- the peel and eat Cajun shrimp were so soft--not crunchy like a shrimp should be. The Cajun spice was caked on. They were bad. The corn chowder was good. The 'fish fry' was bad. The frozen French fries were good. I had a craving for fish and chips but this half of fish they served me had the skin left on and was very gummy. It didn't come w/ tarter sauce and cole slaw like it said on the menu-we had to ask for that. I'm pretty sure it came breaded not beer battered like we asked. Whatever the batter was it just slipped off the gummy fish.
