unpretentious no-frills storefront that does an immense dual duty as a smoothie/ice cream joint and an american/pizza/middle eastern/falafel/platter joint. i guess, if you cover all bases, you'l pull in some money. i haven't tried the non-middle eastern options, but let me tell you. the baba ganoush is fabulous, as is the falafel, as is the fresh pita and hummus, and if you order a portion of the above, it'll be gigantic, with lots of room to share. the platters are big and fresh and satisfying. i hear the pizza is on the greasy side, but cannot comment since i have not tried it yet. my guess -- and i'd have to confirm this -- is that you're better off trying the middle eastern options if you go here.
under 10 an entree, just about. nice.

oh, slight caveat. they don't really serve tap water for free, which is a given in most joints. they will serve you water, depending on who you ask, and it's about the size of a shot glass. hope you didn't come thirsty.

Decided to give this place a second chance tonight and I couldn't be more disappointed. I ordered a pint of microwaved broth that they try to pass as soup and sell for $6. Everything is wayyy overpriced and the service isn't anything special. The last time I went for lunch with my two kids and the bill was $40, pretty sure I was overcharged but who knows, they charge $10 for a hot dog and a soda. With so many other similar options nearby we won't be back. I'm not sure why this place has any good reviews, that's just perplexing!

The guy behind the counter who took my order was wearing used plastic gloves. He handled my credit card with the gloves on and didn't taken them off to stock the dessert cookies on the counter! He then cleared a dirty table with the same gloves and went back to filling up the cookie jars with the same dirty gloves! Was so disgusted, I couldn't finish my lunch and left.

The guy behind the counter, whom i believe is the owner, insisted I try the "special" salad.  I was overcharged and didn't realize it until I had left.  I believe he is doing this on purpose...beware.   The same thing happened to my neighbor across the street. Count your change!!!

Excellent chicken Caesar wrap. It was fresh and properly seasoned.  The price was reasonable for the quality wrap.

Based on the reviews of Go Fresh, I was expecting this place to be fantastic.  Unfortunately we were disappointed.  My husband and stopped by while we were in Medfield for a family event.  We looked this spot up ahead of time and since we love Greek food, we were excited.  We both got the chicken shawarma rollups. The vegetables inside the rollups were old and the chicken was certainly not grilled fresh.. if at all by this restaurant.  Generally it seemed like everything used was not made fresh.  We also had hummus and chips, which again were certainly not house made.  When we left we were surprised by how much our bill was.  Both shawarmas were $7.00, which was a reasonable price, we had bottled waters and hummus with pita and it was $31.00.  Seemed like too much for the quality of what we got.

VEGANS BEWARE! They assured me that all their gelato was non-dairy. I was skeptical, but they were adamant, so I got the chocolate chip. One bite and I was worried. Thankfully, an iPhone is a miraculous device and so I looked up the gelato company- dairy! When I took the website to the counter man- first he dismissed me, then (in a huff) he said he'd call his supplier, who confirmed it was dairy. They refunded my money grudgingly. There was no apology. And I will not be a repeat customer.

If you can't find something to eat at Go Fresh, you don't like food.  Salads, appetizers, pizza, roll-ups, stuffed grape leaves, wings, subs, dinner plates and a dizzying display of house-made a la carte items combine to make the menu a month-long investigation.

Located in downtown Medfield, we only happened on Go Fresh because the small coffee shop (Honey's) next door was at capacity.  I'm glad we did as this Greek restaurant with a heavy Lebanese influence (they even have a shawarma spit) was the perfect spot to split lunch and some work discussion.

The good-sized dining room has several wall-mounted flatscreens, a beverage cooler and is painted a cheery but not cloying bright yellow.

I had the falafel roll-up ($6.75) and we split a tub of tzatziki with pita for dipping.

The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, entertaining our questions about the fattoush and the many savory items in the front counter display case.

MVP:  The tzatziki was great, as were the pita chips.

LVP:  The falafel was saltier than I am used to and a bit overspiced.

I wish I were closer- when I'm in the neighborhood again, I'll certainly be back to sample a few more things.

The name says it all. They use the freshest ingredients and everything is made from scratch.  I get the fattoush salad about once week. It is so delicious! Eddy (the owner) is great and really friendly.  They also have gelato! Yum!

as a vegan attending a conference in foxboro, i drove 15-20 minutes to try this place out and was not disappointed. the owner eddie obviously takes great care to make sure his food is fresh and delicious, and he's really nice too.

i was really happy with everything i got - the hummus and grape leaves were standouts though - as was the house special smoothie.

I just started commuting to Medfield - the job is great, but this lunch spot is better! I keep trying new things on the menu and am never disappointed! My entire office is obsessing over the Fattoush Salad. Their take away hummus and other goodies are also delicious! You can't miss at Go Fresh!

I had a chicken kabob wrap there today and was totally blown away!  The owner was so friendly and even put together a dinner for my husband and I from the prepared foods section.

What took me so long?  This place opened 4 years ago and is less than 1 mile frome my house.  Even though I LOVE Mediterranean food, I think the reason I was reluctant was because the signage seems to focus on ice cream and desserts.  Walked in tonight and WOW....  Eddie, the  Lebanese owner, greeted us and is passionate about his food which is all made on premises with fresh, quality ingredients. Tabouli, delicious hummus, Kibi, stuffed grape leaves, falafel, fantastic fresh pitas.  His 'famous' roasted pepper & pommegrante spread is sublime.  It's quality take-out with many, many options for vegetarians and vegans.  Thank you!!  There is an amazing assortment of baklava, which regrettably wasn't vegan, but Eddie the owner said he would be happy to make a vegan batch if I was interested in a full tray.  Doesn't get better than that.  Go Fresh lives up to its name.  Now that I've discovered this gem, I'll be making up for lost time.

This small mostly take out places is wonderful.  Fresh made Mediterranean foods and desserts.  They also make a great fruit smoothie.  If you are driving down 109 check this place out.
