great interior decorating.
however, when I was there the line to get a 24 karat club card was very very long. this was mostly due to the fact that a man named Richard was working the counter, and he seemed only capable of typing with one finger at a time. very frustrating as his entire job involved a computer. left feeling very frustrated.
Just not the same as the Isle. Â The renovations are beautiful, but the buy in at the tables are much more expensive. Â Roulette buy in is $10, where it used to be $5. Â The slot machines are all new, but don't pay out. Â I love playing jackpot party, but they got rid of all those games!!!! Â I spent about 3 times as much as I used to at the Isle. Â Next time we will stay here, but play at the Grand. Â
Very disappointed. Â :(
This latest incarnation on Biloxi's strip is the former Isle of Capri. The newly remodeled section is far swankier, lounge-y and New Vegas-like. There was a huge Budweiser/NASCAR promotion for opening weekend, so I definitely am not their target demographic.
Then, you head upstairs and it still looks like the senior casino den of yesteryear. You know, everything's beige to camouflage the nicotine.
