Okay so to be fair, the guy is friendly and he gets the order right. Â BUT, this is the third time I have gone there and it takes him 5-10 minutes for EACH car. Â I just went tonight at 5:00 pm, that is peak dinner time. Â WHY is the management of this store not staffing up the store to make orders quicker than that? Â Come on, the food is decent but not worth waiting that long for. Â Management, get your act together.
My basis for comparison and making that statement is 2 other Good Times I have been too, one of them in DTC. Â They don't take anywhere near that long. Â Maybe 2 minutes tops, but usually faster than that.
Horrible customer service! I waited over 5 mIn to place my order, which I never got to; frustrated, I asked the guy if I should come back tomorrow to place my order and he said yeah, come back tomorrow! Wow that's great service for you! Angered, I pulled up to the window and ask for the manager, which he tells me he's the manager. I don't believe him because in 3 years of patronizing this fast food joint, this is the first time I see him. Â So I ask for a number so I can vent my hungry frustration and a name. He tells me he's the owner (Akim I think) and tells me to go away! All I wanted to do was grab a bite to eat and feed my daughter! This is what I get. So long story short, bad service; and from the sounds of other reviews, bad food. Better places up the street on Mississippi and chambers. Jack in the box and Wendy's. Better food and definitely better service! I never got any food that night, but I know they'll NEVER get any money from me ever again!
