Like their ad states, they do have good Chicago thin crust. The crust----they got it right. Toppings are seemingly good. Didn't taste bad at all. The sauce---this is a tough one. Definitely tasty. More like a spaghetti sauce(meat/marinara)than pizza sauce, and if you have to ask, shame on you. The sauce is so important. This was a semi-rich, almost grainy sauce. I am guessing that their oven is very hot, and/or they have pizza stones in them. They tend to draw the moisture out off the sauce. I think if they simply used 6-in-1 puree with minimal extra spices, their pizza may be BETTER than most Chicago pizzas.
Worth a try. It IS Laporte after all, and anything beats Domino's.
