We have been going to the Pub for the last five years. Every Tuesday is burger and brew with fries for $4.99. The service has always been prompt and the food comes out hot. We went in one night late after a concert in Detroit and found live entertainment that was quite loud. Not the place for a quiet late night nite cap. The menu has a good variety and is reasonably priced.
Review Source:HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I was with 7 other people which turned into 9 at the end of the night for a birthday. Â It was a Sunday night, we were the only seated table, the rest of the 13 people in this place were seated at the bar. Â Our waitress asked to cash us out because she was leaving (and wanted her tip), we agreed. Â Not only did she not leave for another hour and a half, her fill in also did not come over for about forty minutes. Â We were all wanting to order more drinks and food, after continually watching these two servers texting and on personal phone calls I approached the manager. Â He rudely told me they were doing their job just fine and couldn't be more rude. Â We were not greeted by a server for another thirty minutes and proceeded to watch the manager, bartender and what looked like a fan club of friends sit at the next table over eat some food! Â While their customers were still waiting to be served....unbelievable!! Â We asked to cash out and even that took forever, two girls in our group were bartenders and two were previous waitresses and not one of us out of the group left a tip. Â That right there should tell you how horrible this place was, zero customer service, no managerial skills, lack of respect and no urgency to cater towards paying customers makes this place a complete joke.
Review Source:A good Irish pub with a cozy, warm ambiance and a great beer selection. The decor is cool - like the chandeliers, stuff hanging on the walls - and the dim lighting. Very comforting and relaxing - good place for after work. The wait staff is virtually all cute girls and the clientele is laid back suburbanites. Starting 10PM they bring in live music often - and many nights there are $2 drink specials (w/ options like Captain Morgan's Rum/Coke, Canadian Club Whiskey/Coke, Smirnoff Vodka/Sprite, etc.) This is a good place for drinks, conversation, laughter and good times with a group of friends). It can get a bit loud when the live music - but there's plenty of seating away  from the music. The food options are above average for being a bar and there's some unique options like sausage trio (German bratwurst w/sauerkraut, Italian sausage w/grilled veggies, and Polish Sausage with mashed red skins). That dish and the buffalo chicken tenders are my favorite bar foods here.
Anyways, give this spot a shot. My only gripe is that some of the staff can be snappy and brief - but most of them are sweet! Also - there are many pubs like this in the area that are basically just as good as this place (such as Dooley's Tavern, O'Toole's, etc.). So this place is good, but nothing out of the ordinary!
