Local Irish pub with the bar food staples and some other choices as well. Â It's pretty much what you would ask for in an Irish pub. Â They have tasty bar pies and wings and they make a good burger, too. Â Fish and chips are of course great. Â It's also low key which is nice. Â It's a good place to hang out with the guys but I wouldn't go looking to meet anyone in a place like this.
Review Source:My dad used to take me in here for sodas when I was a wee lad. Â I came here on my 21 st bday when I was a bigger lad. Â I now live out of the area, and don't get to stop in too often, but when I do it still feels great. Â The only thing that's missing is the drawings of the hunger strikers and the british soldiers in crosshairs that got taken down when they did an upscale makeover around the turn of the century. Â The food is better than any barfood has a right to be, and the pints are poured perfectly. Â I highly recommend.
Review Source:Harley's is a great Irish Pub to stop in for lunch, dinner and/or drinks!
The place is almost all bar with about a dozen tables. The food here is fresh and delicious! The fish fry is perfectly cooked and huge, probably make 2 meals of it. The turkey club is fresh carved turkey, really moist and tasty. The burgers, bar pies, wings are terrific too. Wouldn't hesitate to try anything on the menu... Check out the specials always too!!!!
Labatts on tap is a big plus in my book too but obviously, Guinness, Smithwicks, etc on tap too. . Staff is all very friendly and bartender Mick is as authentic as it gets, friendly, attentive and real Irish Brogue included!
Not overpriced, good quality, definite thumbs up!
