I like it..it will be a hangout of mine when in Fairfield..love the row of TV's behind the bar with any type of sport you want to watching playing, only down side is you can get a crick in your neck from looking up at them.  I dropped in during the mid day..no one bothered me, left me to my business of eating my sandwich.  Drinks were a bit weak for my taste - but I am not a regular so who knows if that is the norm.  Prices were about norm, beer (PBR) was ice cold.

This is a divey sports bar. Pure and simple. Expecting any different will only be foolish. Cheap pool and drinks, and spectacular people watching, make for a fun night out. Bonus point for one of the TVs showing the recent tennis news!

My rating of Harry's could easily be a 2-2.5 star but there must be some reason that a couple of my friends keep coming back so I've bumped them up a notch (for now). I've stopped in here a few times to meet with some folks and this is what I've noticed...

    Pros:
+The few times I've been here I've never had a problem parking. There's usually street parking nearby and they also have a parking lot in the rear.
+Looks like they've got a decent selection of alcohol.
    +Staff here seem nice enough.
    +Music selection is usually decent.
+A good amount of seating (bar stools and chairs).
    +Pool table is usually available.

    Cons:
-A lot of TV's but the programming selection seems kind of limited. I actually stopped in here early (before meeting my friends who were getting here a bit later) to watch the Golden State Warriors vs Sacramento Kings basketball game... and they didn't even get the channel! How can you not have a game that features the only two professional basketball teams in Northern California? Oh well.
-Cash Only... but they do have an ATM which I've never used.
-Is it me or is the whole place lit kind of brightly? Maybe they can dim the lights just a bit and give it an actual bar feel to it.

    Note:
Most of the patrons I've seen there seem to mind their own business but I remember one particular trip there there were at least a couple of shady characters constantly lingering around.

    Wrap:
As long as my friends continue to go here I'm sure I'll make my way back at least a few more times. It just seems like there must be a better alternative around. We'll see!

WOW. You can find Fairfield's finest here.

The people watching is GREAT. So maybe a few cats have been released from jail and their first stop was here, so what. But they have TV's and a heavy pour! If you are not going to get yourself a date, you will be A-OK. Perfect for Sunday afternoon.

Stay away from this BUM of a place and you think I use the word BUM lightly?? NO you can actual catch a BUM in front of this place, inside the place, and to the rear of the place. Beware!!!

Yea so, this bar doesn't really cater to the "young" crowd, which may be totally fine for some people, but everytime I set foot into this place I feel dirty! There are ALOT of old, drunk local men and even more old, drunk women.

Music is ok... lots of 80's rock (which I really love listening to) but it's really distracting when the old guys are staring at your every move from the bar (ew!). So young, single females BEWARE!!!!

So pretty much, the only time I ever come here anymore is to use the ATM machine when I'm next door at Pepperbellys.

Pros: Good drinks; clean; large liquor selection; if you're a fan of Nor Cal sports teams you'll feel at home here; mre than 10 TVs playing sports (if you like that... i don't, but I'm not the target demographic); Beefeater Gin & Tonic + White Russian (well): $9; the G&T was goo; the WR was quite strong; both served in good-sized glasses; Jukebox with 70s - 90s Rock & Roll (heard AC/DC & Guns & Roses while siting at the bar); 3 pool tables; bar-height tables & chairs throughout

Cons: Loud, grumpy, drunk biker women seem drawn to the loud, (drunk?) grumpy biker woman bartender. Waited several minutes to be served

Summary: If you want a "neighborhood bar" or "dive bar" this ain't it.  If you like sports and ornery loud customers (maybe you are one sch person yourself?) then you'll love it.
