HBurger

As I write this I've been waiting 25 minutes for a basic 'H Burger' nothing fancy, directly off the menu with no additions or subtractions. Burger finally came around the 30 minute mark... Not bad but I wouldn't say it was worth the wait. Thank the Maker I had a groupon so it only cost me $5

Fried, flaky over cooked hamburger (on a medium well request). Below standard. However the milkshakes were delicious. I give this burger joint approximately 8 months in business on Pearl St.

Possibly the worst culinary experience ever, even after a recommendation in the Daily Camera. After waiting 30 minutes I flagged a server to ask when someone was planning to take our order. Ten more minutes and someone finally came. Wait, wait, the best is still coming....they were out of....BURGERS!! Can you believe it? HBurger is OUT of burgers? And oh yeah, they also ran out FRIES, BEER, and ice cream for milkshakes. They soon were runnimg out of customers, since we left- following the example of other tables. They should close and try again when they learn the basics of food service. Or not....
