Great pub eats and an expanded menu led to a great evening last night. We ate things from all over the menu. One also had the RazMoto made with Raspberry Liqueur and locally-sourced mint. (Not enough mint for my tastes but good anyway.)
I had the  Short-rib Beef Stew, substituting sweet potato fries for the mashers so I am not sure what the standard stew would have been like served normal pub style but I thought it was very good. The rest of the part had a variety of dishes including the Bangers and Mash, Steak Fajitas, and Buffalo Meatloaf. All were very good and well-presented.
My buddy and I dined at Henry's Pub during the week at lunch. Â The beer selection was a little non traditional, and was populated with micro brews from the local area. Â Although I can appreciate the opportunity to try new beers, when the names do little to offer explanation of what they are, it would help to have an educated wait staff to belp guide you.
My friend and I both had the French Onion Soup, which was accompanied by the traditional thick cheese top.
I enjoyed the salmon sandwich, and although it was very good, the size and shape of the salmon made it difficult to maneuver. Â
I really like the ambiance of the restaurant; albeit it could easily cross into being an outdated environment.
Overall, Henry's is a good place to check out, and I would totally go back!
