There is nothing that can make me happier than finding a great bar-bar. What's a bar-bar, you ask? Its a chill bar that is about drinks, and shooting the sh*t. Look up bar-bar abd the Hideout will be a perfect example.
The bawfriend and I came here on Tuesday to watch the Ragin Cajuns game. To my *not so* surprise,  the game was not on when we got there. I went up the to bar and asked if they could put the game on and he didnt hesitate to fulfill my request. The guys behind the bar are personable, witty and provide great service.
Drinks are cheap! Gotta love a place that understands paying more than 2.75 for a budlight is insane.
The bf cooked dinner that night so we only ordered an app of mozzarella sticks. I think an order came with 6 or seven cheese sticks, that were crispy and ooey gooey cheese in the middle. Very good.

I saw that they do reverse happy hours that start at 11pm. I plan on hitting that up!

I had a good time at Hideout and am looking forward to going back.

Always a good time to be had at The Hideout. The service is great as well as the atmosphere...mostly laid back, the buffalo chicken sandwich is the best i've found in Austin. Burgers and sliders are tastey and the Hot wings rank just under pluckers for me. Good local beer selection at low prices. Full bar with some tv's showing a mix of sports and classic movies inside, Nice patio out back. Best of all it's within walking distance from my house :D

Brought a group here and had excellent service.  It's a bit difficult to find which is probably ok with the regulars.  Good beer selection, although they were out of some things.  Reasonably priced burgers and pub grub

I would have rated it higher but I just didn't dig the vibe.  It's very dark inside and I felt like I was in a cave!

What's with the 4+ star reviews??? I have never before walked into a bar/restaurant and within 2 minutes decided to go somewhere else. The place looked and felt so depressing and felt shady to me. No offense if you frequent this pub and like it, I am glad I decided to leave. We ended up in Cover 3 and enjoyed that much better.

This is easy to miss under a MoPac frontage road overpass, but it's a marvelous bar.

Maybe last night was a fluke, maybe it was normal.  It's hard for me to tell because I was drinking water all night so my hard workin' hubby could get drunk on Jameson and cheap draft beer.

Start out with five stars for being nearby and having cheap drinks.

Parking:  Even though the lot was packed I got a spot PDQ, and nobody dinged me while I was inside.

Food:  I had the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings, hubby had the mountain of nachos.  The hamburgers are AMAZING.  Everything was good, full tummies.  Waitress was friendly and good at her job.  Didn't get her name, tall brunette, attractive.

Music:  Late 80s-90s heavy metal and alt punk.  Okay, that tells me that the crowd is my age...that's what I listened to back then.  Not my first choice but definitely doable.

Movies:  Ugh.  First was Lincoln, then Born on the Fourth of July, then Home Alone.  At least there were four different baseball games to watch on the other TVs.

Patio:  Lots of seating, high school cafeteria style but on sticky picnic tables.  The jocks and (do I call the tattooed bearded guys slouching their skinny jeans "hipsters"?) left a huge area of empty space around us, though they crowded in large cliques in all the corners.  Just like high school.  That's actually okay with me because I don't smoke and it allowed me to breathe for the early part of the evening.

All the women were attractive, seriously, all of them.  Is that a Texas thing?

Cockroaches running around on the ground, across my feet!  UGH.  This is where I take away a star.

After the waitress ended her shift at midnight I had to go inside to the bar to get fresh soda water and beer, but the wait was never more than a minute or two and all the staff were pretty cool.  Bathrooms were clean, no line for the ladies.

    Cheers.

The burgers are so delicious and large.  I had "The Works Burger"  a couple of beers and we split a brownie a la mode.  Yep!  It all went down and I didn't get sick. I need to learn to pay attention to drink specials because they have decent ones.  I think Lone Star on tap is $2.00 maybe even $1.50.  I like to try different beers though.  I'm not a stickler.  It looks like it might be seedy from the outside but the staff is super laid back and service was not over the top but as expected.  I wasn't mistreated or ignored.  It's ALLLLLL good.

A co-worker and I came here to watch game 1 of the NBA Finals between the San Antonio Spurs and the Miami Heat. They had screens everywhere for the game as well as a projected viewing of it on the main corner wall. The bar was pretty well laid out so it didn't feel too cramped in there despite a lot of basketball fans present to watch the game. I was probably one of the 3 Miami Heat fans in there which was a really interesting experience. The food was so-so and the drinks were reasonably priced. This place didn't blow my mind or anything but was a good place to catch a game on a weekday night.

I really like the hideout. They have a wide variety of people that come here. The staff is friendly. The vibe is chill. If you're looking for a nonsense drinking hole, start here.

You should check it out. Good choices in beer. I enjoyed the Queso, burger, chicken, onion rings and of course beer. Great patio if you can get a spot. It's right off the freeway.

Okay, maybe I get why Catherine comes here every night. It's big, it's dark, it has a huge awesome patio, friendly staff, good people watching (and a pretty non-douchey crowd as far as I could tell) and decent bathrooms, which is important, because I pee like Seabiscuit when I'm drinking.

They also have a big menu of yummy looking bar food. Our jalapeno poppers were cooked to delicious perfection.

I got to try this place finally, after Joe C's UYE, with Joe C and Sarah P. It was everything i expected--cold Lone Stars; cute, friendly waitresses, and a cool patio. I feel like I didn't get the full Hideout experience, since I left before the midnight arrival of Catherine T. I'd definitely go back, and I could make this a Shoehead hangout, for sure!

Met up here for my friend Megan's Bday drink-fest.. I have been here many time and always end up staying until close! Good prices, especially with local beer and a nice selection to choose from. The burgers are great if you ever end up eating there! Great place to meet someone new as well!

Duuuude, Hideout, you feeling okay, man?

I love your place. I've frequented it for the last three plus years of living here. I've hung out with old friends, new friends, cool friends, bad friends. I even went on my first date date with my future husband at Hideout.

You're pretty famous for your cheap beer and tasty bar food. You still have the cheap beer thing down, but your food? Your food sucks. What's going on?

Why did you get rid of your waffle fries? Your waffle fries are, well, WERE one of my most favorite things in the entire world. Crispy and golden and seasoned to perfection. Instead, your waitress tells me you've broken up with the fries and she brings us this basket of depressing, soggy, grease laden, undercooked, under seasoned curly fry nonsense with the promise that they "are just as good" and "made by the same company!" Yea, well, either the company was outsourced to China or she's full of hooey. What the heck, man?

We also got the poppers. Why don't you call them fried mini cream cheese fingernibbles. Are your jalepenos grown with radiation? They are tiny. Oh, and three of six were missing a critical ingredient... a jalepeno.

And then my table mates and I became irate when the saddest bunch of chicken wings I've ever seen arrived at our table. You're going to serve me Tweety Bird and charge chicken prices? Really? Thumbalina has more meat on her bones. You're charging bogus prices for bad food.

It wasn't like this a few months ago. My waitress didn't even care when I told her I wasn't happy with our food. She sort of shrugged like she's been told this a bazillion times and wouldyoupleasejustpayyourbillandleavethankyouverymuch.

You know who DOES have waffle fries? Your cousin, Bender Bar. And you know who has better wings? Your cousin, Bender Bar. You know who I live right around the corner from? Yup, you guessed it, Bender Bar. It might be as dark as night in there but they make some pretty mean burgers, wings and waffle fries. And the best poppers ever.

I'm sad to say I'm not buying your bar food anymore and I'm sure as heck not going to be the first to say "let's meet at Hideout, they have decent grub".

Sorry man, we're not friends anymore.

Boyfriend lives walking distance from this bar, so we find ourselves here more often than not. It's divey, they play/have good music, good selection of beer on tap, and it's reasonably priced. Not much to really write about a bar other than that. I love this place. Period.

We've been here several times, probably the best bar in the northwest area. Definitely has the dive feeling, cheap beer and good food. We like the veggie burgers and the waffle fries are amazing. We'll keep coming!

One Thursday night, after a particularly silly day at work, my coworkers and I all headed to Hideout. It's in our rotation of sweet-ass dive bars and it always delivers.

This night started off normally - the drinks were going down smoothly and everyone was having a great time. We were joking about the calls we had received that day and a few of us were trying to avoid the very beefy dudes that kept trying to hit on us. (One of them was so large that he was bending the bench as he was sitting on it. That's how much muscle this guy was packing.)

Before we knew it, the night took a very comical turn. We all see some guys rush over to the door to the patio, but we don't think anything of it. 10 minutes later, a coworker comes up and says, "I think I gave that guy a concussion." Um, what? Apparently, as he was coming out of the door, Unlucky Bar Patron was trying to enter. This resulted in Unlucky Bar Patron being slammed in the head with the corner of the door, causing him to fall to the ground. UBP's friends rushed to his aid, and were very firm about not wanting to call an ambulance. He'll be fine, they assured my coworker. It seems as though UBP was under the influence of some pretty heavy stuff, luckily for him - hope it dulled the pain.

My coworker spent the rest of the night thinking he was the Hulk and being terrified that UBP's friends were going to kick his ass. Luckily, no asses were harmed that night.

Hideout always provides an interesting time. The patio is great and parking can be a little tricky. Come for the cheap booze and the company, stay for the excellent stories.

I really like it here! Drinks are priced right - and it's nice and dark inside. Perfect if you are, you know - trying to hideout. Didn't eat but def will next time. The burgers looked amazing. Can't wait to go back...

The Hideout happens to be near my work, and thus serves as a watering hole for the ne'er-do-wells at work. The stuffy-do-goods all drink at The Domain.

Now, normally a place without a standout feature doesn't deserve 5 stars in my book. The drinks are cheap but not the cheapest, the food is good bar food, but not the best, and the outdoor seating is ample but can get screwed when the sun is at certain positions.

But you know what? I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly, they will serve you at your table, and the jukebox is totally boss. (Toadies. Done.) That counts for five stars in my book.

Parking really sucks at this location. I came super early and parking was driving me off the wall. It's comparable to sharking for a parking spot at ACC: Northridge during the afternoon and evening hours.

There were no waiters/waitresses so you have to order your stuff at the bar along with your drinks if you're drinking!

Sit yourself down at any table. No one cleared the table at all when we were there and they're weren't even busy. A little irritating but hey, it's their own bar, they can do whatever they want. But it will just bite them back with us writing the reviews.

I'm not a huge fan of the music here but my friend really likes it. Classic Rock? Monitors near the bar was playing some movies like Prometheus and Shaolin Soccer. Major thumbs up for the Shaolin Soccer.

Food was a huge surprise! I had the Crispy chicken burger and that was delectable. Jeeze. The cheese, the buffalo sauce, and buns and everything. Man! I loved it. Tater tots were good too. My friends had a Veggie burger and the other had a Hideout burger, they both loved theirs too.

I also got myself an Ace Pear Cider and it was delicious. I swished it in my mouth and it made the pear flavor much stronger. Other drinks were pretty darn cheap. I didn't know any drink names so I requested one from my app. He whipped one up and charged me $6. Loved it even more.

    Will be coming back again!!!!!

These guys know their target audience and they are fantastic.  Strong pours, great beer choices, and quite possibly the best burger North of 45th Street.  I suggest getting there a bit early to ensure a table of your choice outside.  The bar is also an amiable place with well trained barstaff.  If it's slow inside they'll have the TV on, if it's busy then it's jukebox time.  And what a jukebox!!
A special thanks to Catherine "Witty Kitty" for introducing me to this place.  I can see why it's North Austin's best bar choice.

I come out to this place at least twice a month whenever my roomie had a rough day at work and needed some happy time right when shes off of work at 5:30. This is right around the corner from us so it works perfectly. Everytime we come here, everyone always insists on sitting outside. Even now, in this freeze my buttcheeks off weather. So if you come in during this time and see everyone crowded inside while a small group of 5-6 weirdos braving it outside, that could be me and my crew!

The most fond memory I have of this place was when I was walking out of the bathroom and the bartender just put in $5 in the jukebox and was picking some songs and he told me if I would like to pick the rest of the songs. It sounds silly but I have never picked out songs on a jukebox and boy, did this place have an awesome selection! Sitting outside, you can hear just barely hear the music was its great for me and my friends to chit chat and be able to have the music in the background. The servers come by to check on us just the right amount of time. Not too annoying at all. The best part, they have a water jug too with plastic cups outside thats constantly filled.

I look forward to my roomie's next rough day at work.

This place was great. We were visitng Austin from out of town and a local friend told my brother and I about this place. We sat outside and tried some local brews and hung out. They have a great, large outdoor patio. Their water was self serve, so you wouldn't have to wait on servers to get more water. Great idea!

The waitresses are all really great. We ordered the Austin burger and the Works burger. They cost $9.00 each and were well worth the price. Huge burgers that you can get cooked to any temperature you want. We met one of the regulars, and he was a cool dude. We ended up staying for around 3 hours, just hanging out. If you are looking for great food and cheaper drinks, try this place because I loved them.

On the way here I thought I was seriously lost. Pretty good prices on drinks and the veggie burger was definitely a good value. I am very picky about my veggie burgers...

It seemed weird to me that there wasn't a waitress but at least the bartender brought my food out to me when it was ready.

Much cleaner than most Dives, ample amount of parking and an awesomely large patio!

Beer is 90% of my blood. Love it, love the pub grub, love the outdoor picnic tables. Don't hate anything about it, well maybe the men's room. Come in or out and play. Cute crowd of girls usually on site too.

I dig the Hideout. When you're up North and looking for a bar that isn't full of creeps or old dudes, Hideout is the place to go.

The prices are super cheap, which is awesome. There is tons of seating inside and outside. I love the patio, tons of picnic tables. There are some pinball machines inside, and darts.

The juke box has great selections. People that go here are friendly. I made friends with two separate groups of people that I ended up hanging out with all night.

Even the feel of the bar is wonderful. It's really cool when it's hot out, the lighting is right, the vibe is great. I'm a major fan of the Hideout.

    "Afternoon, everybody."
    "CATHERINE!"

That doesn't really happen... because the music's too loud... but it could.  In fact, later today when I head over there for happy hour with Vanushka, I guarantee it will.

I've had random strangers come up to me and say, "Hey, you're the mayor here!" (4sq)  A local, alcoholic celebrity I am, and I'm not really sure how I feel about that.

But, enough narcissism and self-congratulatory vomit. I feel like comparing and contrasting Hideout and Cheers.  And I mean Cheers, NOT Bull & Finch Pub.  And, hey, Austin and Boston rhyme, so this is a natural, wouldn't ya say?

*-- They both have jukeboxes, but Hideout's juke plays 1,000 times more often than Cheers' does.  And, people tend to play the same fifteen damn songs at Hideout.  Really, people, grow a little.  But, judging by the scant few episodes in which Cheers' juke plays, it plays really crappy oldies, as opposed to oldies I actually enjoy.

*--They both have a dartboard, but Cheers has a pool table.  BUT, two of Hideout's sister bars have pool tables.  Really, though, I come to bars to drink and play the juke, not to drink and play pool.

*--Cheers' waitresses rarely work.  Watch a few episodes where the whole gang indulges in some extra-barricular activity. You'll see that, usually, they're all present.  So who the flip is watching the bar?

Conversely, the cocktail waitresses at Hideout work hard until midnight, and THEN they'll sit and have a drink with you.  Katie and Casey are real sweethearts, and Shannon doubles as a bartender.

Show me a female bartender in "Cheers". You only can in one or two episodes, which isn't good enough.  Hideout's got TWO female bartenders (Kristin's the other), and they have two bartenders named Ryan.  Score!

Oh, and surly Carla and long-winded Diane don't work at Hideout.  Double score!

*--Hideout's dark, and therefore romantic, but Cheers isn't.  It's too light inside Cheers to stick your hand down your partner's pants, but I've caught people at Hideout doing this.  (Yeah, now you wanna go to Hideout, huh?)

*--Hideout plays cool movies like Pulp Fiction, Midgets vs. Mascots, and Ghostbusters on two of their six LCD TVs.  Cheers has only one CRT TV, and it's almost always tuned to Boston Bruins or Red Sox games.  Ick!

*--Hideout has more toilets than Cheers.

*--Cheers has only one unnamed beer on tap, whereas Hideout has twelve, with two or three being local brews.

Willing to bet the one unnamed beer on tap at Cheers is Sam Adams, and you don't need to get drunk on that stuff in order to vomit; a sip'll do ya.

*--Hideout has a parking lot; Cheers doesn't.  Granted, Boston has a better public transportation system than Austin, but I digress.

*--Hideout's drink prices are as cheap as Cheers' were during their premiere in 1982.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

You might think the two bars are even in a lot of ways, but the bartenders and clientele at Hideout have more character(s) than Ted Danson and Kirstie Alley ever had.

***This review was written in front of a live audience... at Hideout.  Yep, no lie.

    Beer prices = AWESOME!

Beer tap selection = Average with a few more rare options

Beer bottle selection = Above Average with a few rare options

Atmosphere = Classy Dive Bar (And I say this because it's not a "theme bar" like Sherocks or Weirdos, but it's clean and simple; its "hidden," so kind of divey.)

Patrons = 25+ (Don't have to deal with the young sloppy drunks. Although I've only been on weekday nights.)

Happy Hour Specials = ROCKIN! Wing Wednesdays.

Food = Better bar food than most. Their Garden Salad with Blackened Chicken was DELISH. Their "medium" wings....were just right.

    Staff = Attentive and friendly.

Ok Hideout, you win. My first experience was crap, but this venue quickly became a go to bar. The drinks are cheap (and often strong) and you've got guys with the coolest mustache's on earth working here! Good burgers, good fries, and good fried pickles. The atmosphere at night is killer and we always get good service, plus a great selection on music.

Hideout doesn't have a huge selection on beer, but they have the good ones and that's what counts. If there was ever a "trendy" dive bar to visit, it would definitely be this one.

This is my go to place, you can find me here every Friday night (and some random days of the week, depending on how much the man has me down). The staff is awesome, they are mostly friendly and if they aren't, well just have a couple more drinks and remember you are in a divey bar.  I always order from the bar, I haven't yet figured out the magic to having a waiter/waitress address me for a drink order, however they are generally quick at the bar so this hasn't been much of an issue. The patio is pretty inviting all year with the weather the way it is here in Austin, and it is large enough to accommodate quite a few thirsty patrons.

    Things to know:
    1. $10 dollar minimum tab for plastic (this is pretty common, but coming from West Texas I didn't understand this at first)

    2. You probably aren't going to get wait staff unless you ask for it. Ordering from the bar can be a slight pain in the ass on a very busy night, just be looking for a bartender and they will find you. Stare at your cell phone and hold up the line, and you may get passed up.

    3. If you are a broke college student, low paid employee... or just broke, $2 draft lone star will get you where you need to go, and you won't find a draft in Austin for less than 2 bucks.

    4. I forgot to touch on the food... the food that I have had has been great.

Ohhh Hideout, not only have I been back for a second date, I've lost track of the number of times we've spent the night together.

Every time I've been back I've had to order from the bar -- but it's always been super quick, friendly, and delicious.  A variety of common beers on tap/bottle (domestics, Fireman's 4, Shiner) as well as rotating Austin local taps (Austin Beerworks, Circle) and a full liquor bar too.  Apparently jager shots are cheap, not that I've had any.

Also love the bar food here -- I still think it's some of the best bar food around.  CHILI CHEESE FRIES!  Onion rings are the *only* vegan thing on the menu, there are VERY limited options for the vegetarian as well...keep that in mind if you've got friends with dietary restrictions.

I have enjoyed many breezy nights on the patio with a lot of laughs, and just a dash of horrifyingly drunken conversations.

This place is a nice hole in the wall pub, but much better. It deserves better than my 1 star a while back, they may have just had 1 bad day of it was me having 1.

    I like the Hideout normally.

Today not so much, not crazy busy, very slow bartending @ 6:30.

Went back to the bar for a second drink and got passed up by someone just coming in the door for an ID check and served them before me standing next in line.

Asked for volume for game 6 NHL hockey game.  Denied, not even the jukebox was on.  Even the Rangers baseball game would have been fine in the background.

They said No after asking twice,  which is fine but not really.

Finally started the jukebox and put on 3 times a Lady, then heavy metal.

Wow, normally 4 to 5 stars.  Not today...

2 tables out of 3 watching hockey inside and they don't accommodate.  Kind of sucks on their part.

We met yelp friends here on Friday for happy hour, and it was very nice.  The drinks were very inexpensive, and the food looked pretty good, although we didn't try any yet.
I had two Apple Martini's and Vanushka had a couple of nicely poured Black and Tan's. The bill was less than 20 dollars including tip.

It was a fun place.  Very calm and not at all noisy.  I liked the colors they chose for the walls. Rich brownish-reds.  Very soothing and tranquil.  The place is dim and warm all at once.
We'll be back again and again for happy hour. It's great to find a cool place up north.
Thank you for reading my thoughts.

Wow! I finally popped my "Check-In" Cherry and did it at the Hideout.  MANY thanks to Catherine the Great, Witty Kitty, most high puss-puss, grand duchess of Much-much-ness, the white queen of the Hideout, for jostling me (roughly) into putting myself on the Yelp map (slap) LOL

Coulda been the cheap drinks, but I was in an ecstasy-laced orgiastic throe when I pushed the little check-in button...yes...Yes....YES!!!! Right there! Ohhhhhh....

BTW, after my Cherry Popped, Mrs Vanushka tied the stem in her mouth...Seriously.  In front of PEOPLE...

Satiated, I sank back in my chair while, Mrs Vanushka tended to my now smudged and slutty iPhone.

Yes, Happy Hour at the Hideout is a funny-ha-ha, happy time :-)  The company you keep has a LOT to do with it, but having a convenient, friendly pub north of Braker is a real plus.

    2 Black and Tan's and 2 Apple Martini's set me back 16 bucks...Yep.  4 drinks. 16 bucks.  Yes!

The food going by on trays looked like...PUB FOOD....I've heard it goes great with Alcohol and friends LOL

Definite win for HH up North.  We'll be back....And watching for Catherine's check-in's when we do!

Oh...several Yelpers had their Vanushka Cherries popped as well.

    I was gentle

    LOL

Sometime, I'm going to come here to actually have a few drinks and hang out, rather than just for dinner. The initial draw for me has definitely been all about having a cool place to get food until midnight, but the atmosphere is growing on me, and I think this is a place I'd enjoy getting my drink on (if I ever have time to do that again, at least).

    - Good food: the jalapeño poppers are mouth-scaldingly awesome. Well, I guess burning the skin off the roof of my mouth isn't a good thing, but these poppers are tasty and I am an impatient girl. The BBQ burger fails only at the actual BBQ sauce on it (far too sweet), but the burgers are otherwise awesome. The chili burger = total win. I really appreciate that the kitchen here understands what "medium" and "medium well" mean.

    - Atmosphere! Every time I've gone in, the music has been hard hits of the 90's style stuff. Old Nine Inch Nails, Skid Row, Faith No More, pretty much exactly the sort of stuff I want to listen to while enjoying dinner in a bar that's far from the center of down. The Hideout isn't downtown or in South Austin, and it doesn't try to be. I love that.

Also, the dudes behind the bar are pretty hot.

Stepping into the Hideout for the first time was kind of like being magically transported back to any bar in Wichita, Kansas:  the dearth of hipsters, the bad but cheap beer selection, the jukebox cranking out shit like Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I much prefer Mugshots, Pour House, and Barflys, but I'll come back to the Hideout if my friends do... mainly because the drinks are so g-d cheap.

Be prepared:  the parking lot is like Thunderdome.

I've lived down the street from the Hideout for over two years now, and just got around to checking it out a couple of weeks ago.  I am kind of mad at myself that it took me so long to come here, but in my defense it is kind of a weird location.  However, now that the dark days pre-Hideout are behind me, I am happy to report that I have visited it at least 7 times in the past two weeks.

Here are some things that make this place awesome:

    1) I have seen them play the following movies on the TVs above the bar: Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Hard Target, Aliens, and Roadhouse.

    2) The patio is amazing.  Gigantic picnic tables for larger groups, smaller bistro tables for smaller groups, and lots of both to make sure everyone can get a seat.  And considering that it's right next to Mopac there's not very much road noise (unless some idiot is revving their car in the parking lot)

    3) The jukebox is pretty well stocked and only has a few things that suck or are incredibly inappropriate for the bar setting.  (Note to everyone in the entire world: please don't play Johnny Cash's cover of "Hurt" unless you REALLY want to kill the mood in a place.)

    4) Clean bathrooms in a bar?  Yes please.

    5) The beer selection is not huge, but what they do have on tap is cheap and good.  $3 pints of Blue Moon are love in the Texas summer.

    6) The crowd is...diverse.  I have seen hipsters, goths, and punks here all at the same time without any kind of turf war breaking out.

    7) They're open until 2am EVERY NIGHT.  I have not seen another bar this far north with hours like that, so as far as I'm concerned they should be given a medal or something.

    8) I can walk here if necessary.  And if I drive, there's plenty of parking that does not require me to parallel park.
