For what it is, it's a pretty chill spot to hang out. Â It's pretty cheap to play pool for a while here, if you check in with the yelp app they'll give you an hour for free too. Â The only music that plays is on the jukebox though so that kinda blows. Â When there's music playing it's even better but when there isn't it's pretty quiet and awkward lol. They won me over when they had Stone beer, everything is better when Stone is involved that's just a FACT. Anyway, looking for a cool place to play pool, drink beer and hang out? This is a cool joint.
Review Source:This place is Great. I am not sure why so many low reviews. San Diego is very lacking in pool halls. North County has 1 real pool hall and they only have 4 beers on tap.
This place is pretty large, not super clean, but its a pool hall. The tables are in pretty good condition. Very well spaced. I did not feel bunched up. I hate when people a table over are super close to you.
They have tons of bottled beer. Pool is cheap. I paid 7 dollars for an hour for 2 people. I cant remember the last time I've paid less then 12 dollars for pool. I didn't not check their group prices though. This may be why.
So come here if you want play pool for cheap. They have a couple dart boards too if you are into that. I think I saw a punching bag game too.
Also if you check in with the Yelp app, they'll give you up to 1 hour of pool for free with each paid hour. Â Maximum of 2 hours. Can't beat it.
I went in this place to see what this place had to offer. They had a decent amount of billard tables but not enough dart boards. They have a very very small selection of darts and cue sticks for sale. I would visit this place considering it's the only billards and dart place I know in Temecula.
Review Source:Why is it that pool halls always have to have names like this? High Society is about the last name I'd give this place, because the people who frequent this joint are anything but.
If you're in the mood to play pool, looking to get shanked or looking for a very unpredictable adventure, I'd suggest stopping in here. It's right next to a ghetto liquor store, so of course you get to encounter those upstanding citizens while here.
I've only been here a couple of times, and I'd like to keep it that way. There are other pool halls in the area that I'd go to before this one. This is most definitely the kind of place you'd expect the Cheaters crew to come rolling into while a scorned lover confronts their dishonest partner.
I had to make a run to Temecula today and I figured I'd stop by High Society to see what they have for darts (as they're listed as having dart supplies) ... To my disappointment, they didn't have a whole.
There were a grip of pool tables (I ddn't take a count because there so many) and 4 Medalist Electronic Dartboards. The hightlight of my visit to High Society was meeting John, who is the presumed dart expert of High Society. He was hella friendly and plenty of opnions to offer me (which I didn't mind) regarding dart supplies.
It wasn't what I was looking for, but if you're in the area and looking for a place to play pool and shoot some darts, definitely check out High Society, they've got a grip of accomodations!
