Absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I attended the paint and palate class and loved the energy of the space, the people, the staff, the food...everything is very pleasant and comfortable.
With the down the block location from main street in Old Town Temecula - which can be a lil overtouristy - this is a great place to tuck in and kick back...great music too!
What a gem! Â I ventured up to Temecula during the day with the BF for a painting class hosted at Viva Vino. Â Before the class began, we ordered some Sangria and some appetizers. Â Oh my goodness that Sangria! Â I'm no wino, but that is some of the best damn sangria I've ever had. The owner mentioned it was a family recipe and i believe it. I've never had anything like it. So refreshing!
For our tapas, we ordered the Chorizo Envuelto Con Tocino (bacon wrapped choirzo) as well as the Queso De Cabra Frito (Fried Goat Cheese). Delicious! Â It's tapas and the servings are small, so make sure you order multiple plates and make sure they're all different! Â Everything they brought out looked so yummy! Â I only wished I had more time, to try more! The owner also mentioned they had salsa classes during one night of the week. Â
I loved the atmosphere, service, food, and obviously the sangria. Â If it wasn't so far from home, i'd visit Viva Vino often. Â It will be a "must stop" place whenever I make the trek.
