  This place cracks me up. It's gross Chinese food but worth going for the "atmosphere" in a comincal way. Just picture a tacky, cheap Chinese restaurant, red everywhere. Now imagine that there is also a diner-like feel to an adjacent room, where they serve American breakfast, their regular Chinese menu and ice cream. Ok, now imagine that there is a lounge in the back that has the feel of a small town, alcoholics only tavern. That's the Hong Kong. And did I mention that they sell t-shirts?
