Hook Fish & Chicken

Well, we had to get off the freeway for some gas - just could not make it back with what we had.  I heard a lot about the south side so we were a but skeptical.  Inside this gas station was a Hook Fish and Chicken.

I was tired, grumpy and most importantly, hungry.  I love fish n chips so I decided to take a chance, even though my comrades were heckling me every step of the way.

The menu is simple: fried fish and chicken.  The guy who helped me was super nice and friendly.  I was also taken aback.  He made conversation while I waited and was just, well, cool.

The food was typical.  Great tasting (what fried food isn't!)  No problems the next day (if you know what I mean).  I would certainly return again.  Just shows that you cannot judge a fish by the gas station its in!
