We love going there for just the two of us / with friends and best of all with a group!  The one at Pinnacle Hills, Rogers, AR is the best!  Have never been there when the manager on staff has not come around to visit with us and ask if all is good.  Several times we have been given coupons that let us come back for something "free".  What a great place and the food is outstanding!

I went last night and I couldn't have been more disappointed in the quality of my steak.  I had ordered my steak medium and received the steak less than rare...almost raw in the middle.  I asked my waiter to have the kitchen re-fire the steak.  I thought all was going to be well; I thought wrong.  I received my steak for the second time only to find that the steak looked as though it had been thrown the grill for a mere 30 seconds.  I once again asked my waiter to have the kitchen re-fire the steak.  I thought for sure this would be the end of my troubles; I thought wrong once again.  I received my steak and cut into it for the third time and it was just at a rare temperature.  I eventually asked for a box to take the steak home and cook myself.  Not only was the steak underwhelming, but the house salad seemed to be nothing more than shredded iceberg lettuce, and the grilled asparagus was slightly undercooked.  The baked potato was the only item prepared correctly. The only reason this review is getting two stars is due to the exceptional service.  However, the kitchen needs much work.  Until this restaurant's kitchen is improved, I will not be paying them a visit any time soon.

The food was good, the staff was friendly and quick the prices were a bit high for the quality, but it was filling. My family and I enjoyed the experience.
