House of Ribeyes

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight in Oxford while driving to a destination further south. We got in around dinner time on a Saturday night and I suggested this place based on the name. My boyfriend LOVES ribeyes and has very high standards for them. He usually prefers to grill them himself because he's picky. This place does not look like much from the outside but inside it's comfortable and the staff is very friendly and nice. They have plenty of space and there was no wait on a Saturday night. They have a salad bar with plenty of toppings that all seem fresh. I got a burger and my boyfriend went for a ribeye. The ribeyes come in 2oz increments starting at 4 oz and going all the way to 20 oz. Our food came and my burger was incredibly juicy and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend's ribeye was done beautifully (grain fed beef) and seasoned to perfection. He was really impressed which is hard to do. "One of the two best ribeyes I've ever had in a restaurant" is a rave review. My burger came with chips and while I wished fries were an option I was full with just the burger and didn't eat any chips anyway. My boyfriend would have given this a five, but I'm stingy with 5s. I definitely recommend it if you're in the area and you love ribeye!
