We had lunch there. Â We got there a little ahead of the rush hour which is good because the place gets busy.
It's an attractive room and the waitress was friendly. Â The menu is Italian oriented but varied.
I ordered a New York stromboli, my wife got lasagna. Â She got a side salad she really liked and both main dishes were very good.
My only complaint is that the servings are too big; if you can't keep what's left for later you might want to consider splitting something. Â They really should serve a little bit less.
But we would happily go back when we're in the area, as we surely will be.
Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away... I was half asleep in the back of a friend's Mazda driving around all over creation, or, the vicinity of Henderson, NC. It was getting to be about... lunch time.
Suddenly in the expanse of August heat, there was an oasis. Milano's.
(Don't change the channel yet. This is the good part.)
I ordered a toasted BLT. Take out.
It was very good.
Simply put, Milano's has good BLT's and there is not much else I can say about it, because I just don't know much else about it. And I was totally zonked that day from lack of sleep.
I'm trying to think of what else I can say.
Oh.
Mangia!
