Whenever I'm in the area, I like to come here. I'm a gal that believes that breakfast is good for any time of day. To find a place that does just that rocks!
Now, I know this place is known for their pancakes and breakfast (which is what reeled me in), but I have to admit that the mozzarella sticks helped seal the deal. They're crispy and cheesy and yummy. So next time, order up some eggs and hash with a side of mozz sticks - and let me know what you think. :)
Okay, this was the WORST IHOP, and probably restaurant I've ever been to. First, it took 45 minutes to seat us when there were many tables available (at least 1/3 of the room) The hostess was extremely rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there nor that she cared. Once we were finally seated, we found out that all of the deals that went with any usual IHOP were not available there, such as the 7 for $7 and  coupons. The also didn't have classic IHOP favorites, such as crapes. So we ordered our food, and a short 50 minutes later, we received burn chicken fingers, a raw hamburger, and decent pancakes. As we were eating this less than mediocre meal, the owner, Issabella continued to shoot us glares as we watched her harass her employees saying "You work until I tell you to stop!"  After this pleasant $40 dinning experience, we all went home and fought for the bathroom, as the food fought to come back up. This is the second time I've been to this restaurant and the second time this has happened. Next time, we will drive 45 minutes to go to the other IHOP. One star is too many.
Review Source:This being a new restaurant in a busy area, it was crowded. Â In all fairness, when entered, my family & I were seated promptly at desired location. Â My initial hopes were dashed, when a hostess showed up with a smile but no knowledge about specials being served. Â To play safe, all of us ordered from new 7 for $7 specials. Â What could go wrong with a fast moving item, we thought. Â Our orders were taken & served in reasonable amount of time. Â Â Half way through my chicken & waffles, I found a blond hair stuck to the plate. Â When notified, our hostess suggested the hair could me mine. Â After some convincing that south asians can't have a blond hair, she went back to kitchen & came back with a new explanation. Â She said all chefs either tie their hairs back or wear hats, so the hair that I found couldn't have come from their scalps. Â I told her I don't want to imagine from where else the hair would have come. Â She asked me if I was going to finish my entree or want another one. To that, I asked her to get me the check. Â When she returned, she informed me that my entree was taken off the check, in a tone that sounded like favor. Â On the way out, we were rudely reminded that payments are accepted at the table, not at the reception. Thanks to this treatment, I will never visit another IHOP in my life.
Review Source:Isabella the hostess/owner was extremely unfriendly and not courteous. Â That is not the first thing I want to experience when going to any restaurant. Â If you're not going to treat your customers well and do not look like you want to be there (it was 10am) then hire somebody else to greet your customers.
