IHOP

Called ahead for party of 8 after church.  Arrived and waited 45 min and kept checking with asst mgr who was doing seating.  He wanted to squeeze all of us into a round booth that is very tight for six.  We told him that will not work so they ignored us and sat many other groups of 5, 6, 4 etc while leaving us hanging.  We could see multiple tables of four close together that were open but they refused to put two together toaccomodate us.  A waitress came out and told us it was the tight round booth or nothing!  We again told her that willl not accommodate 8 and she told us again it's that or nothing.  We left and went to perkins where we were seated within 15 minutes with no arrogant attitudes.  We were regulars here but wil now take our business to perkins.  They are very nice and understand what customer service is all about.

Well I went back a 2nd time. This was a good  visit. My waiter Jason was  attentive and quick. It was a busy sunday morn of 11 AM. I splurged on my diet. I had chicken fried steak, mash potato and Onion rings (instead of  broccoli) The rings were large, many and  hot & crispy,,. taters were creamy, steak quite tasty. Although it was a rainy and busy time a good experience.
