Although the food is good, the owner is rude and does not respect customers. We had reservations for five people for 7:30 on a Saturday night in October and were not seated until almost 9:00. My sister in law who was pregnant at the time started to feel ill because of hunger. The hostess and owner kept telling us we would be seated in ten minutes, and 1 hour and a half later we finally sat down. My brother told the owner that not being honest about the wait time was unprofessional, and the owner started arguing with him. He actually never apologized about it. the food was really good, but they were also out of a number of specials because they sat us so late. We were not looking for freebies, but the owner did not comp a single item of the $250 plus bill.

I then decided to bring friends over on a different occasion a few weeks ago. There were four of us with reservations for 8:00 on a Friday night. Once again, the owner and hostess told us we would be seated soon because they were just cleaning our table. Almost thirty minutes later we were still waiting and no table in sight. I called cafe Azurro up the street and they said they could seat us right away. As we walked out, the owner came running and told us he was just waiting for the people sitting at our table to leave since they had already paid the bill. Weren't they just cleaning it?

I recommend this place for the food and their patio dining in the summer. In the colder months, do not bother making a reservation for more than two because the  place inside is tiny and they can't accommodate you. They overbook and are dishonest about the wait time. This is unacceptable. Even though I have been here several times, I do not think I can give them another chance.

1st time but certainly not the last.  This is a wonderful BYO.  Service, atmosphere, food are all excellent.  If the wild boar osso bucco is on the specials do not pass it up.  Also, the tiramisu rocks!

Six of us went here tonight for dinner.  Our 1st time, the other 2 couples had been here multiple times.  2 appetizers & 6 main dishes, all different.  3 of us had evening's specials (of which there were many), 2 ordered off the menu & 1 made major modifications to a menu item.  NO COMPLAINTS, everyone complimented their choice, and with some cross-tasting, there were extra compliments.  Desserts & coffees were also good (we had a selection of each).  Service attentive, and everything arrived more or less together and hot!  Only complaint is we felt a little rushed at the end as we had 1 of only 2 round tables for our 6pm res & there was an 8pm res for that table as well.  For me, the other great thing is it's BYOB, which means I can drink a better wine for the price I'd spend for restaurant wine.  It's worth the trip!  BTW, name changes, but your GPS will take you to the right address.
