I like it. I come here pretty often. The bar is a decent size and seating isn't an issue for the most part. The outside patio is pretty large with a lot of seating. It's a nice place to come to relax. The only thing I'm not crazy about is their college nights. It gets very packed and chaotic. Other than that, I'm all about it.
Review Source:My girlfriends live way south of me so we usually meet up halfway at Irishmen. It is an Irish-interior architecture-decor-themed bar... but the menu, attire, and beer selection is not. It is misleading as I have been to fantastic "nationality-based" restaurant bars where they stay true to the name and nationality of it's own self.
However, the food is still good, just not Irish. It is a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy a game or two. It is non-smoking indoors which I LOVE, while smokers are only allowed to smoke outside. Perfect. Parking is never an issue. Sometimes they will have 2 for 1 beers which they will give you a token to hold until you are ready to drink your second beer which is convenient as to keep track of what you've drank and how much you may have spent.
Just wish they put more effort in making the bar more true to it's Irish roots- not the American-Italian and burger roots.
A colleague of mine and I decided to come here for a quick bite during lunch.
I had the Margharita Panini which has mozzarella, brie, sliced tomatoes, basil & olive oil on focaccia bread for about $8. I enjoyed the flavors, the freshness of the ingredients and how quickly it was prepared!
Nice pub to catch up with friends, watch a game and or have a beer or two!
I came here on  a Wednesday night and it was packed with college kids. It felt like I walked into someone's crazy house party who's parents had been out of town for the week.
A beer pong game took place inside while a corn hole game went on outside... I seriously started feeling like i was in high school again.
The bartenders were terrible. It was impossible to get them to recognize you even though they were clearly aware that you were waiting on them. Very rude! Drink specials were 2-4-1... If you can get them to recognize you, you're in luck.
Irish pub? I still don't understand how this is an Irish pub... The decor has nothing to do with Irish heritage and nothing about it is remotely authentic.
I don't think i'll be coming back here any time soon...
Saturday night, Â friends wanted to watch the UFC fight. Â Now, I hate any type of fighting sport (boxing, UFC) they just give me a headache and make me feel bad but, majority rules plus we were hungry and thought they would leave at least one TV with the Heat's game on. Â Unfortunately that wasn't the case...
As soon as the fights started all TVs were tuned to that. Â I had a huge big screen right in front of me. Â I tried concentrating on my food, and talking to the other one in our group not interested in the fights. Â
They had beer specials, domestic at 5 for $10, and imported at 5 for $15.  We started with that and, to eat, I went with the Cheese Burger with Cheddar Cheese for $8.95.  It comes  with lettuce, tomato, onions - non for me, thx- fries and a pickle on the side.  I ordered it medium-well, it was not dry, good flavor...  I was happy with it.
We were told they had beer pong tables, and darts but because of the UFC these were not available that night. Â There goes my other distraction/ entertainment until the fights were over so, when a big punch was shown in slow motion, with everything that comes with it, I just had to get my check and go. Â Thankfully, our waitress was good at dividing our orders, and was quick to process my credit card. Â Good service.
Irishmen is kind of hidden away, which makes me think there'll be a lot of local people and less of the "look at me" crowd. Â I would like to check this place out again, on one of their regular nights
I came here on a Monday...
Getting the bartender's attention was next to impossible. While I understand the desire to chat with regulars, can you do it AFTER you serve beer to the thirst people?
The music was horrible.
The food was ok. The service wasn't bad either once we moved to a table.
I would never have pegged this place for an Irish Pub. It's a standard American bar that happens to serve Guinness, Harp and Smithwick's, and have a few Irish-themed dishes on the menu.
Used to come here a lot with classmates after class on Mondays and Wednesdays. We were such regulars that the bartenders recognized us all the time. On Wednesdays it was 2 for 1 drinks.
My favorite was Malibu and pineapple until the bartenders would convince us to take shots! We always had a very good time! Music was good.
Several people played beer pong or darts. They have several TVs around, all the games were on. They have 2 bars and outside seating. The place itself is not that pretty outside but inside it's nice.
I've tried the nachos here and they are delicious!
This is definitely a nice place to hangout with friends to grab a quick bite to eat or have drinks. I think it is time to go back again! Who wants to go?!
This place is great, all new on the inside but the old building style is still preserved. Â inside there are new, black granite bar tops..the bar is right in the middle and is pretty much a big circle. Â
there is live music on one side, lots of seating everywhere, and many new HD tv's for watching games and whatever else. Â
a bit of an older crowd but i think thats starting to change as the younger group is beginning to see how great this place is..
and...they have excellent food! Â from traditional bar dishes to great hummus..you cant go wrong here
NEWLY RENOVATED! The Irishmen has undergone a huge change in the past  6 months and now sports a huge bar, massive selection of beers on tap, 6 HD tv's and a delectable menu. There are high tops inside and out and 4 dartboards. Â
Friday night is Irish night. Thursday is College night. Â But go for lunch and stay for happy hour. The menu is a classic pub menu with Irish favorites.
