I visit this place alot when the UFC fights come up. We live close enough to walk there so it saves us a little bit of money when we have no kids for the night and we need to unwind. other than that the food isnt bad I wished they had a little more healthier options on their menu though.
Review Source:I have had lunch here a few times. I think the food is pretty good. They have a chicken sandwich that has pineapple on it...I think its the Malibu chicken. Awesome. Fries crispy. I have always had good service here as well. The music could be louder, but over all a nice lunch spot.
They also have a covered smoking area out back with heaters and a big screen so you wont miss the game :) As its a sports bar you can always see the game. They also have a few pool tables to shoot some stick.
I guess Jackson's is sort of a chain. Â There are two in the Tri-Cities and one in Yakima. Â I've been to the two here. Â This location is smaller than the one in Richland, but it still packs a punch. Â Both times I've randomly dropped by were during karaoke nights. Â The karaoke was decent, and I was surprised to see the amount of people here on a "school night". Â I do have to say, they have the volume up ear-poppingly loud here, so speaking over singing is tough.
Their beer selection is decent. Â The servers were nice. Â This seems to be a decent late-night option during a weeknight, if you are in need.
This sports bar is one of the most well-known in the Tri-Cities. Â Not necessarily the best. Â The Tri-City area is in desperate need of a sports bar that can really deliver the experience.
This place seems like a compromise due to lack of options. Â The service is ok, the food is ok, and the atmosphere is ok. Â Nothing stands out as great.
Football Sunday and Monday always brings a decent crowd and you'd think they would prepare for it, but they don't. Â They seem slightly understaffed, especially in the kitchen. Â I ordered breakfast at 10:50am, it is now 12:17pm and I haven't gotten my food yet. Â I don't care how busy a place is, waiting over an hour for food is unacceptable.
I won't come back to the Kennewick location anytime soon. Â I'll be going back to the Richland location from now on.
I was scrambling to find a place in Kennewick that would carry the NY Giants game. Â I looked on Yelp and found Jackson's. Â It seemed to be my best option.
Most people know what to expect out of the average sports bar. Â The service, food and atmosphere is usually shitty to average and the crowd is always interesting. Â This place made me laugh...
We found a table close to a TV with the Giants game so mission accomplished. Â If the food and service happen to be good, bonus! Â Our server took care of us right away. Â We ordered the biscuits with gravy and french toast. Â The food wasn't too bad and the portions were huge. Â The menu was pretty cheap too! Â Jackson's reminded me of a smaller version of Rocksport in West Seattle. Â It's not the best place to eat and watch a game but it'll get the job done. Â
The locals were hilarious. Â Everyone seemed to be drunk from the night before. Â F bombs were being dropped left and right, it was pretty funny. Â
Jackson's will host nightly entertainment too! Â They had posters hanging all over promoting $4.00 Mikes Hard Lemonade during Ultimate Male Night. Â Yeah, that's how they roll.
This place will likely have the game you are looking for on Sundays. Â Just don't know if you want to be there at night.
Use to go here, meet my friend for lunch, take the grandkids for burgers, and breakfast.
Don't anymore. Service sucks, one morning we were the only couple there besides another couple, sat there for 15 long minutes, didnot see a soul who worked there. Left and went across the street and ate.
Burgers and breakfast were good, but the service is rather s l o w and when I go there, want to order, enjoy my company than eat.
May go back once in a while, not like I use to.
I can't speak about all of the places in the tri-cities, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was looking for a place to watch my out-of-state football team (Go Buckeyes!) and this was one of the few sports bars open at 9:00 am. When the Big Ten Network didn't come through, the server/manager/bartender even called in and ordered it so I could stay and watch. That's service right there.
I snacked on an amazing fruit plate that is on the breakfast menu while I was there. Very tasty melon, strawberries, grapes and bananas for a reasonable price. Nice to have a few healthy options thrown in at a sports bar...
