When I think of Karaoke, I think of My Best Friend's Wedding; where everyone's at the bar watching you sing, and they boo you off stage if you suck. So I was quite relieved when I walked into this place and discovered that you rent out private rooms.. PHEW!
I loved being able to sing at my hearts content without worrying about being judged. And by the end of the night we were all too drunk to care about the quality of our singing anyway. They serve beers here.. But my suggestion is to either pre-drink in the parking lot, or have one of the girls in your group sneak a bottle or two in her purse. Either way, its cheaper to sneak a drink rather than buy it here.
If your eardrums can no longer take it anymore, and you feel like you need a break from singing: There's pool tables in the other room which is an absolute plus for those who aren't too keen on singing.
The only catch is that its a tad bit pricey ($30 for a small room/hour) but its still pretty fun. Getting sushi or vietnamese food next door, after singing your heart out isn't a bad idea either.
I really loved this place. Â I actually went in the middle of the afternoon with my daughter and neices just for fun because we are all K-Pop fans, and we had an absolute blast singing to our favorite K-POP songs. Â Highlight of the day was when we scored 100 on Mama by EXO-M and 99 on Rainism by Rain.
