its authentic. no irony here. sorry hipsters. stiff drinks good music. its st patty's. as an irishman i am happy to be going there for some craic agus ceol! watch out for those who go from the bar to the indian casino to the bar to the casino to the bar ad absurdum. don't hate on certain sports team unless youre serious. right next to the west contra consta islamic center if you need a drink before wudu.

Oh how I love Jerry's and the eclectic and ALWAYS entertaining older crowd. Every time I come here there is always awesome old music, pre-1990's on the DJ in the box, drinks are cheap and strong and its right next to the Casino (which is not a great casino, but can be fun nonetheless).

After a long night at Jerry's talking to the locals, getting the lowdown on the Richmond "dirt and drama", and drinking you can stroll across the street to Nations and grab a burger...mmmmm......

This bar SCREAMS hole in the wall, neighborhood, dive-bar and is so awesome because of it!

I love this place. This is what a dive bar is supposed to be. Everybody here is friendly and talkative. The tv's are always playing sports, or something entertaining like family feud. The drinks are real strong and cheap, and the place may look suspect at first, but inside are some of the friendliest people I have ever met
