Menu - I ordered buffalo tenders with fries & coleslaw. Fries were undercooked, tenders were cold and I sent them back to get something else.

Server - not good attitude & slow

Restroom - floor sticky, and stalls were unkept. Looks like no one has been in there to clean all day.

Overall - will not be eating there again!

Have you ever seen the movie "Twins" with Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger?  Well, guess which "twin" Jillians is when compared to Dave & Busters...
Yep, this place is tragic to say the least.
Went there and food was horrible, half the games did not work and service was simply pathetic.
Not sure what else to say except that you might want to try some other place.....

Food is sub par and overpriced. The video games are really expensive! This place is a cheap knock off of Dave & Busters. Very disappointing. My family and I won't be returning.

Fun fun fun.  Try the buffalo chicken strips. They rock!

Food was average, but service was super slow. We were even there at a normal dinner time with very few other patrons.

Oh sad little redheaded stepchild of Dave & Busters, you have so much potential but are so far from 5 stars! The food here is sometimes edible but never worth the money. (They need to merge Richard's food and these games!!) I don't know why it bothers me so much but the drinks have tax on them so each time they want something like $5.17 or $4.78 and you end up with all these pennies and other annoying change so after about 5 drinks, you have one eye closed counting out your pocketful of change back to get one more drink. Just round up or down!! It's the general policy of bars across the US! The bartenders hate it too because that ends up being their tips. Also, don't tip them with tickets, they hate it.

the bowling room plays super loud music along wtih near constant crashing of pins makes conversation impossible. Something about the acoustics makes it waaay louder than Mt Hawley. Maybe because Mt Hawley wasn't a Linens N Things???

The games are pathetic. Many don't work so either you swipe your playing card and nothing happens or you win and no tickets come out. Thankfully the attendants are so aggravated by these duct taped and wire wrapped games that they willingly open the drawer and give you a big handful of tickets. We were able to purchase a pair of fuzzy handcuffs on a recent trip with many broken games :) I love the Deal or No Deal tho so that makes it all worth it!

Quality of food is borderline gross.  I would call it typical sports bar food, but it's a lot less appetizing than typical bar food.  The games are fun but I'd stay away from the food...

The bar food may be good, but their actual " menu" food is HORRIFIC! What they consider pasta is a joke. Maybe its my fault for going to a bar and ordering pasta. Plenty of games for the kids there, although getting them away from the claw machines and similar machines proves very difficult. Lots of TV's to watch, but unfortunately when we went the were all tuned to the same station!?!? Better than Chuckie Cheese, but I think Ill skip future trips and go somewhere with edible food

Nothing special, but good for what it is. My favorite thing at Jillian's is that they continuously play music videos on a few of their many large screen TV's. I've seen a few sweet 80's videos while there.

The menu is small with standard bar and grill fare. They have a small bowling alley, billiards and a mediocre arcade/game area.
