I ordered a stuffed pizza from Jo-Zo's. It came in a timely manner. I had heard about them from a Grub Hub email I received. The pizza was made the way I ordered. It was structured well and the ingredients were good. My only problem, if you can call it that, was with the sauce. I don't want to use the word "bland" because that would connote a negativity. I will just say that it could have used more flavor. More ooomph. Now, I love a great tomato sauce with limited spices. I make my homemade pizzas with just 6-in-1 tomatoes, a little salt, sugar and pepper. This sauce was lacking and I don't know why. I did try to boost it with some garlic and onion powder, and some red pepper flakes, and that really did the trick. They have great items on their menu and I look forward to trying a lot of them. Next up, their thin crust. Then maybe a grinder. Not a bad experience at all. I'm a pizza freak and maybe more difficult to impress. I do suggest trying them, as I will do, at least a few more times.
