Attended a birthday party last weekend at KM2. Â I had never been to a private room karaoke place, and I really cannot sing, but I had a fabulous time.
We had one of the larger rooms that you reserve by the hour. Â The ipad technology was easy and convenient. Â It would have been nice if there were two iPads for such a large room. Â It was kind of a drag having to wait for someone to put it down.
There was a great selection of songs. Â The books were outdated, but the Ipad had more current selections.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I read reviews where people said the drinks weren't strong. Â I had no complaints. Â I started with a glass of wine, but the second glass tasted funny so I switched to a margarita. Â It was perfectly made.
I only have two complaints:
It's an expensive night out. Â
It's VERY smoky. Â I had to shower and tie my hair up before I went to bed that night.
However, it was fun. Â Everyone had a good time and I might even do it for my own birthday later this year
This place was so much fun for my birthday! Â They will track each person individually, so people can come and go and purchase food and drink as they please. Â The establishment is clean and the personnel are very nice and accommodating. Â I will definitely be back and I suggest it for anyone with a group of friends for an alternative night out!
Review Source:I came back here a few weeks ago for an impromptu visit with 2 of my friends around 11ishpm. Â We were able to get a room. Â It wasn't as big as the room I had been in before, but for 3 people, we could have all slept in there. Â Started off with GOBS of jello shots. Â And they kept coming. Â
I forgot how awesome I could sing anything from Metallica to Dr Dre to Carly Rae J. Â This place brings the best out of me. Â I think I even scared out the other customers. Â
One thing I would like to note, is the service was awesome here more so than last time, and they even remembered me. Â That was cool. Â So they hooked it up! Â
So far, this has become my favorite in ATL.
