Wing Factory

We have been eating at the Original wing factory for years.  It is my husbands fav wing place hands down.  Since the PIB location has opened we now go to that location.  Always exceptional service and awesome wings.  You can't ask for anything more.  Today I was moved to write a review because the employee's exceeded their usual fantastic customer service when they went out of their way to help my little one win a stuffed animal out of the video game.  My eldest got one and my youngest was so bummed out that she didn't have one, so the employee's jumped in to help.  They made my children's day and my day.  What truly wonderful and thoughtful people...  Just when I thought it couldn't get any better at the Wing Factory, they surprise us one more time...  We look forward to going back soon.  Thanks you all for providing an excellent experience for our entire family.

I have been eating Wings my entire life. I grew up in the Brookhaven area so I am familiar with every wing restaurant in the area. We gave Wing Factory a shot and it was pretty good. I'd definitely go back, especially over some other known "WING" places in the direct area.  I'd avoid the Potato Skin Appetizer though it wasn't worth it (see my picture I uploaded).

Such an amazing place. The food is great, the music was great and the bartender was amazingly amazing and beautiful. I highly recommend for any wing fan but the rest of the food is good as well.
