This review will be short and sweet. Â It gets 3 stars because of its very good selection of craft beers. Â I counted 40 taps which were cheap! Â It's a local hangout with pool tables and a jukebox. I think it might be the place to go on weekend nights. Â Nothing fancy. Â They have Heggie's pizza and that's about it for food.
Review Source:Looked like a neat place as we were heading back from trip to Winona to see college kid. DISAPPOINTING! Walked in and no sign that said "wait to be seated" so we seated ourselves in a booth. Only 2 other tables had people. So NOT busy at all. Was about 5:30 pm Friday night. Looked as though there was a small party/buffet that had just finished. 3 bartenders and at least 2 waitresses were looming. Sat for over 12 minutes. Never once did anyone even acknowledge us. So we left and headed to casino.
Review Source:Great little bar! Â Nice place with a good jukebox. Â The people are very friendly and the bartender Shannon was a sweetheart. Â She gives too much head though.....I mean with her pours. Â Her beer pours have too much head.... I mean! Â Haha! Â The frozen pizza was pretty damn good too.
Review Source:Kelly's Bar is a drinking tavern that's been around in one form or another for many, many years. Â Friendly people and friendly, attentive bartenders make you feel welcome if you want to stop and have a cold one. Â Currently, the owner is updating and remodeling the interior, that is mostly complete (check out the restrooms) with the exception of the new Kitchen area. Â Food service, for now, is limited to frozen pizzas. Â A new beer tapper with 41 taps was installed so they have a great selection of tap beer. Â They also have many bottle/can beer selections too. Â Patio area is nice but when a train rolls through, you'll hear it. Â Usually they have either live music, DJ or Karaoke on Fridays or Saturday nights, but not every weekend.
