Kickback Cafe

An updated store front, that serves breakfast, lunch and brunch and has live music weekend nights.  My honey and I just got back from a nice breakfast at the Kickback.  Close enough to walk to if you live in town and some street parking (use the back parking while construction completes this Summer on Main Street).  

If you just want a quick bite to eat of a pastry and coffee, they have it here.  We enjoyed a freshly made biscuits and gravy and the Spa eggs (3 egg whites, tomatoes, spinach and goat cheese) and everything tasted great.  It was a steady morning for the servers, but a nice variety of people watching on a relaxing morning.  The space reminds me of an old country store you would find on Little House on the Prairie, with modern updates.

If you feel like going somewhere, but not too far into town, this is a nice spot to grab a drink and "kick back".  Next time I think we will try the bloody mary's we saw the table behind us order too.
