This may be the only place locally to serve Huqqa, and I'll definitely be back there again soon.
I've been here once for the Huqqa only (I don't drink) and that too on a Tuesday evening. Surprisingly they knew how to do their sheesha and had some unique flavors. The owner seems like a guy who knows his stuff and does a good job of keeping the mess out of his bar.
It's a small bar and ambitiously opened last year with a dance floor on the second floor. The dance floor is pretty small, as is the whole building, so it can start to feel full with just a dozen or so people. It doesn't usually get that full though, which is a shame because the DJ's were pretty good the two or three times I went. It's fun if you bring a group of your friends. I think it's the only place in Troy that has an actual dance floor in Troy, but they need people to go.
First floor is like a sports bar with a couple tv's and a bar and some tables, and the third floor is a lounge where you can smoke hookah. They play the music excessively loudly sometimes to try to draw people in from the street and it can be hard to hear people talking inside.
