KTAOS Solar Restaurant and Bar

We hung out for an afternoon in the backyard area. We drank some beers, sat in the grass, and even threw the horse shoes a bit.  I will go back if I am in the area for sure. I would love to see some music and really get to know this venue.  And it's freakin solar! How cool is that!

Fantastic place, incredible view, great live music, beyond amazing staff, good food/beer, fun events and a radio station on top of that!?!? This place is one of the best you will find. It's a great venue to see live music in, and worth hanging out in even if there isn't music happening that day. KTAOS ranks up in one of my favorite bar/venues in the country. They clearly know how to take care of their patrons, and care deeply about the work they do. Do yourself a favor: Grab a beer and go check out what KTAOS has to offer. Chances are you'll be making trips away from home just for this place, because you won't find spots much better than this

Yes please! Really a community radio station, they have lots of programming that your usual Clearchannel station would drop dead before airing. For example, there's the lost/found pets section, the morning wanted/selling stuff call-in section, concerts out at the station, local musicians and specialty DJs-- and SOLAR FEST :)
I'm sympathetic that it gets noisy for people who live around here, but in all other respects I think they are kick-ass.
