La Bamba Restaurant

The food used to be delicious, not sure what happened. Last few visits resulted in severe illness so I've completely given up on this place.

The only food worth eating here that isn't overpriced and won't destroy your digestive system are the tamales.  The super nachos are filling, but a serious ripoff.  

The only saving grace about this place is that they serve horchata, a chilled rice milk drink.  ¡Sabroso!

OMFG.  I've been found during many post-bar drunken nights waiting in line for the nachos.  I've never delved into the "burritos as big as your head," nor have I enjoyed the food very much at 1 in the afternoon.  But once it turns dark, this is the best food you could ever have in your whole life.  It's kind of like the opposite of gremlins.  Feeding anyone La Bamba after dark is the only way to do it.  Your stomach will thank you in the morning.
