WOW!!!! Talk about poor business management poor quality of product and most pathetic customer service. Although this place might have a prime location next to Knott's, it is a horrible place to go to for smoke some hookah and lounge with friends.
Owner/manager is stuck behind the counter only caring about charging and collecting money. He has no sense of who comes in, who goes out, what the employees are doing, if the work is being done, and most important if the customer is happy. Every employee is running around with their head cut off. Employees do whatever they want and provide no customer service.
After sitting down, it will take 10 minutes plus to order your hookah. Once you have ordered, it will take at least 20 minutes for it to arrive. If you get lucky to get your  hookah, do not expect to get more than your first batch of coals. They will only bring you additional coals upon request (chase down the coal guy and expect attitude).
I recommend finding another hookah lounge around the area.

i was there last night july 9th and i have to say this is the worst hookah i have ever had. the place itself look great to bad the hookah sucked. like really how can you just mess up mint. it was lik they did not even wash the hookah or change out the water. we told them and he tried it and was saying its hitting your getting smoke. yea it was hitting but the taste was bad and he did not get what we were saying. we were there for really like 10 mins and was over it. just got up paid for the worst hookah and left.
i dont even want to give it one star. i would not go back ever. if you really want great hookah go someone where else.
Working at a business that is based on yelp, I've come to learn that yelp is a big help in finding a good spot, whether to eat, hangout or even watch movies, so here is my experience at La Capitaine. I'm here almost every day, if not at least five days a week. Me and my friends bring business here like no other (we usually come with a group of 8 or more), but tonight, when we asked to move to a bigger spot because more of our friends were on their way, the so called owner AJ, wouldn't let us move, and yet lied to our faces saying there were reservations for a bigger group. I'm sorry, but as a business person you are suppose to keep your regulars happy, and tonight I am freaking furious, he had the audacity to raise his voice at me, and walk away as I was speaking to him, explaining to him we are there everyday, stating that we are regulars, excuse me what kind of customer service is that? Instead he likes to keep the people that come maybe twice a week (at most) happy. Then so be it, i'll take my money elsewhere. This has happened more than once, so I'm finally writing a review. If you read this AJ, keep your customers happy and maybe you'll have a nice and healthy business, and yes AJ this is Christine, and this is the end of my review.
