My boyfriend and I come here from the other side of town just for their red beers and the devil chicken burritos. They are the bomb. ;)  We also like the manager Javier, he is always taking care of us.  We love you javi....

I wouldn't recommend this place. The service is slow and the food is not worth stoping by. I had two chicken tacos and my friend had the chili verde burrito. Very disappointing! The chicken was blend and the chili tasteless.

Came from Fresno for some business. Party of 5 for dinner at 6:30, all i can say is the food was very, very good. Service was also good. server was helpful and attentive. Don't know if the other reviewers just had a bad nite but i really enjoyed LA FIESTA. restaurant was very busy but i didn't seem to hinder our service. would come back if in VISALIA again. loved the LA FIESTA DINNER!!

Obviously the people that rate this place 4 or 5 stars work there.  Horrible horrible service.  We had to flag someone down after 30 minutes to take our order.  When we were just about to leave because we were tired of waiting for our food it finally showed up.  Food was awful, I would much rather eat from the taco truck up the road.  Finished, and waited 20 minutes, then just went to hostess, told her what we had, she said well who was your server, I told her I have no idea, never saw her.  Told the hostess this was the worse place I have been to in Visalia and this is the first time in my life I would not be leaving a tip

If you enjoy having to flag someone down every time you need something, this is the place for you!! If you like it when your server makes you feel like they are doing you a big favor, you are in luck!! While we watched the big game the restaurant was basically empty, and the bar area where we were sitting was not very busy at all. We had several drinks during the duration of our stay, but we usually had to go up to the bar to order them ourselves. This was frustrating because we had appetizers and later had dinner as well but no one ever came to our table to check on us, we always had to wait to get their attention or get up and ask ourselves. She didn't get my drink order right once.... is it that hard if I want lemon instead of lime? And after I politely asked her for the lemon the first time when she brought my drink over wrong you would think she would get it..... but nope.... After several more times I finally gave up because I realized she just doesn't care. The food was mediocre... (the asada was dry and flavorless) The bottom line is that there are much better places in town with much better customer service. I definitely won't go back.

The Family and I were wanting a quick meal and La Fiesta was very close to our house.  I ordered the chicken burrito and was not impressed.  It was simply chicken and cheese.  the chicken was shredded and had very little flavor.  It kind of reminded me of canned chicken.  My oldest daughter ordered the chile verde burrito.  Again, it was on the bland side.  My wife and other youngest daughter didn't say too much about their food other than "it was ok".  My oldest daughter and I each had half of our burritos left.  We honestly debated whether to even take the rest home.

The service was average.  The servers didn't smile very much.  Our bill with tip was close to $30.  Three of us drank water and my wife had a soda.  If you want something quick and live in the area, it might be worth it.  I would probably order nachos though.

The service there is very slow. We ordered take out and I went to get starbucks while someone waited, by the time I got back our food still wasnt ready.  The price is reasonable and the portions are good sizes.  As for the food it was good, salsa wasnt spicy and was watery, i didnt like that.
Im a big fan of enchiladas but i didn't like theirs. Burritos and tacos taste very good. The sauce for enchiladas are also very good. Would eat here again.
The atmosphere and decor is very nice. Very clean bathrooms.

Its alright! Beer is Good... HAHAH
The place is nice in a nice area but the food is like whatever.  I live close by and hardly ever go there and I love Mexican Food!  Theres better places in the area to eat! The best plate Ive had from there was the Chicken Enchilada w/Rice and Beans and it was average.
They do have a nice bar!!!

About the middle of the road when it comes to food quality and taste; but this place shines in its decor and always seems to have an open table and never have had to wait.
The service seems lacking, been here a few times and always seems the servers are MIA for extended periods of time...maybe they are new and poor time managers.
Bar music and bar drunks can sometimes spill over into the main dining room.
Chips and salsa are okay, but would prefer maybe a spicier option for the chips.

Water tastes like it is from a hose.

    Steve out.

I'm actually sitting at our table and still waiting for our food. One of the slowest service ever and I am not one to complain on things!  We even called before to let them know we have a big party and because it was mother's day. Took 15 mins to get our drinks and 40 mins later we don't have all of our food.  Why did they give the other table cloth napkins and they just handed us paper napkins with forks!   They never even came by to refill our waters.  The waiter complained to us on how he was not supposed to work that day..  We were all taking outside on how bad and slow the service was.  Food was good but they need better service.  I know they are new but management need to get things together!

My sister treated and took us here. I ordered the enchilada and tamale combination plate. Soo much food, I had to take more than half, home, but I enjoyed it. My sister Vanessa had a beef burrito the size of my arm! LOL, and my sister Liz had a combo plate as well. She also had to take her food home. My bro-in-law ordered a chili-rellenos burrito. He seemed to enjoy it as well as my 3 nephews, who inhaled their  burritos! (2 came with fries and the 3rd came with chile-beans pour on top), LOL,...Total for 7 ppl, came out to $83.00 dollars. The sister who paid for the bill, thought this was pretty good considering it was 7 ppl. I agreed, plus the food was pretty good. The waitress seemed friendly. Was not noisy, (which I like). At one point tho, I asked my sister if she smelled FEET!? At which time, we noticed the large group sitting next to us, (I think they had been drinking for awhile)  were taking off their shoes and took turns smelling them. HAHA! Not sure what that was all about, but we were glad when they left!... I forgot to mentioned that 2 of us had cocktails. They brought me a cocktail menu,...my sister and I  couldn't resist. =)
