A hole in the wall Colombian restaurant and bakery run by a very friendly couple at which I have become a regular because the food is tasty . Â Have tried the bandeja paisa and the mini-bandeja paisa here, a huge platter of beef, pork rind, beans, rice, a fried egg, plantain, and sometimes an arepa (kinda like a Colombian/Venezuelan variation of a giant super-thick corn tortilla or flat cornbread) also.. Â pretty tasty, economical, and very filling.. they also have an array of Colombian style pastries available, I tried a couple and they were tasty.. this place seems to have changed names at least 3 times and is rather small, look for the colors of the Colombian flag which are all over the front of the restaurant which is located next to a Kosher restaurant.. this area of Ventnor City has a lot of Colombians, and other customers I have seen here looked Colombian, which is an endorsement of the food in terms of authenticity. I have visited Colombia a couple times and the food here is very authentic simple Colombian down-home cooking.
