I haven't been here in in maybe a year, but i used to come all the time. I do like this place. The pizza is yummy, and so are the appetizers. The bartenders are really great, and so is the rest of the staff!  They have a pretty big beer selection and tons of different liquors.  They also have a great martini menu. Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area.

    Not a bad place.
Great to kill time if your car is getting fixed across the street.
The food is just ok. Not great. They have a good beer selection and lots of interesting vodka flavors behind that bar.
The bartenders are hilarious and taught me how to play KENO!
I can't say i'm blown away, it's a total townie bar and i usually don't go to those, but if you're in the area and want a quick burger or a drink, it's a good place to go.

This place is nice inside and the Owner Tony is a great guy. Food and apps are a little pricey and so are the drinks, but they do run specials and the food is pretty good. They do have live bands on the weekend, the downfall same bands almost all the time, basically don't have to look at the schedule to see who it might be. Bartenders are really good and take care of you. Tony's daughter Michelle kinda runs the place but not that great, she could use a course in people relations. Other than that it's pretty good place to go.

I'll start this off by saying we used to frequent this place back when it was Diamond and it's definitely made a step up in decor alone so that gets this place one star.  The second star goes to the guy behind the bar - made good drinks and once the food was actually ready, served it quickly.  Now for the reason it only gets 2 stars.

We arrived at this place and there were about 6 other people in the entire place.  We ordered 2 appetizers, a small salad and a sandwich.  It took close to an hour and a half for us to get our food and everyone else who came in after us received their orders far before we did.  Food was decent for bar food.  A martini was $8 and mixed drinks were close to $7....kind of unexpected for a local town bar.  I pay $6-$7 in Boston for a mixed drink and expect it...a sports bar in Stoughton... not so much.

I wish I could recommend this place to other people, but to wait that long for a few small dishes and have a bill close to $80 was kind of disappointing and would not send me running back or telliing people to go over.

After visiting the Blue Hills Brewery, we wanted a place to sit and chat and made our way over to The Last Shot Sports Bar & Grill on a Saturday afternoon. Our decision was largely influenced by the notion that it would be more to our taste than the strip club across the street.

Turns out it's a bright, clean sports bar with delicious sugared sweet potato fries, good service, and an unfortunately limited beer selection on tap. Lots of screens showing various games.

I can't speak to the night crowd, but think it's a workable option for lunch and a beer.

Not my scene, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I am updating my review now that The Last Shot decided that they were too good for Gary Titus's trivia night. I used to come here religiously for trivia, and even sometimes on weekends, because I loved it so much. The service was never the best, but the food was good and the entertainment was great.

I had a really bad taste left in my mouth when they stopped having fun trivia and switched to some weird, silly replacement, when their REGULARS like myself and a good number of other people really loved their Tuesday night trivia with Gary. And now they've lost a number of us regulars. Hopefully they are enjoying "Questionnairey"... I'll spend my money at Halfway Cafe.

I've gone to the Last Shot a lot while they were having trivia(they stopped recently). Sometimes it was busy and sometimes it wasn't, but every time I went there was never great service. The food was always subpar and it took forever to get drink refills. The people working there were just chatting with each other and barely noticed people when they needed something. I've never been to the bar part, because I don't drink, but from the sit down food section it gets about 2/2.5 stars. Now that they got rid of trivia I'll never go back.

The Last Shot is probably your best option in the town of Stoughton. Often they have cover bands. Some people dance. Other nights they have just music playing. They almost always have sports on the big screens.  Often, UFC is on in vivid large screen bloody messes. (That's not my favorite).  They make good nachos and a decent pizza. I really haven't had anything more substantial than those things, so I can't say about the sandwiches.  The drink prices are reasonable (I believe a large mixed drink is about $6), and since I don't drink, the bartenders give me free refills on my soda. That always makes me smile and I tip them out well :) The crowd is normally a decent one (clean looking, some professionals and some well chiseled blue collar types ;) ). On an average weekend night you might see people from their mid 20's up to about mid 40's, so there is some variety going on there (probably mostly because there just aren't any other good options in Stoughton!). It can get crowded, which can be good, but the bartenders are pretty good at keeping the bar well covered. The restrooms are clean and well maintained, which is a definite positive for local bar (you wont walk out with a trail of toilet paper stuck to your shoe).  There really aren't many options for bars in Stoughton unless you want to hit a Chinese restaurant, a total dive or a nudie bar and the Last Shot is a good safe bet!  They remodeled before they opened and it really came out very nicely.  You wont feel like you need to take a bath after going here!

I went on a friday around 7:30pm and my take was this, its across the street from a strip bar and at this time of night i think we see a lot of the pregamers here.  The Bar was pretty darn packed with the average customer being or looking in their 40's.  The food, Well i waited about 45 min for a chicken sandwich meal.  Luckily for them and me it was above average. I was actually very surprised and pleased with it.  The food and ample parking are the only reasons i give it 3 stars.
