The food and atmosphere are totally 5 star. We had rah oysters (very fresh and delicious), dungeonness crab ( amazing) and for balance a pulled pork sandwich. Not sure who smokes their pork but it was done to perfection. Fantastic view of the river. Wait staff was very nice but seemed a little too distracted by whatever was going on inside. Highly recommend if you're willing to wait a bit.
Review Source:The food here is delicious. If you want fresh seafood, choose one of their local food items, just ask. Go for the Peel & Eat Shrimp! They are succulent and perfectly prepared with the owner's secret seasoning. The service may be a bit slow sometimes...but just relaaaax and enjoy the good food & beautiful location. It's worth it!

The service was very good. Â No problems there.
The food was just ok. Â I didn't feel like anything was fresh. Â The fish tacos were somewhat oily but ok on flavor. Â The mahi sandwich was frozen fish I am sure and while cooked ok just lacked flavor. Â The coleslaw was from a bag, not made there.
I just expected a little better freshness and flavor. Â It wasn't awful but not good enough that I would stop back by,
My gf and i came here to get a few drinks and dinner after a very romantic carriage ride around the island. We are both huge fans of seafood and the tour guide recommended the oysters here and am glad she did because they were simply DELICIOUS! The drinks were on point and not so pricey about $10 which is not so bad because back home in Miami they are about that same price. The ambiance is like no other. We watched the sunset and listen to a live band which was a great way to wrap the day up at the Island, even tho it started to rain when we left, but we did not care since  the walk to the car was like a scene from the notebook; absolutely SPECTACULAR! Will come back no questions asked!
