I can't believe how this once sacred place has gone down hill over the last two years. Â Their egg rolls and House Won Ton soup were to die for; as was the moo shu. Â As of late, however, not only has the food quality suffered tremendously, but the service is very bad. Â On the phone the people who take your carry out orders are very brash and extremely rude. Â They are no better when you come to pick up your carry out as well. Â I go out of my way to go to family owned businesses as much as possible, but I wouldn't go back here no matter how many "Detroit's Best" ballots this place stuffs themselves.
Review Source:Old fried rice, mushy veggies. Â They really milk their top 100 list. Â There are multiple signs outside but trust me it is not what it use to be. Â The fried rice looked and tasted like it was from yesterday. Â No veggies in rice. Â They didn't even ask if I wanted fried or white. Â Egg roll was old tasting. Â The beef and broccoli was 400 degrees and the veggies were over cooked. The presentation was awful. Â Keep driving you can find better.
Review Source:No wonder this is rated one of the Top 100 Chinese restaurants. MMMMMmm so good in the old school (round eye) style of Chinese. Sweet n Sour just like you grew up with but much better flavor and big chunks of chicken and not overly breaded. Â
The lo-mein in the combo plate was enough for 2 large adults and then there was still some leftover.
This was all in a combo that was included fried rice, egg roll (yummy) and some of the best wonton soup I've had. Lots of scallions and spinach  and a broth that has color and tons of flavor.
I'll definitely drive the 10 extra miles next time i have the chinese urge.
Yum. This has received the top 100 restaurants award. A lot to choose from, Never leave hungry, however t is chinese food so take home your leftovers (unless you split dishes, you will have leftovers) so you can eat again when you get hungry. Great Chinese food. It is not related to the one in Chesterfield on 23 or the one in Richmond. Give it a whirl!
