Little Woodrow's

Nice friendly place to spend happy hour. Cold beer and friendly staff. Good selection of beer and great for people watching if you are a guy. Really busy at happy hour.
The downside is no food and smoke on the patio. You can get food, but it is pizza delivery from a place next door.

Woodrows North is a chill place to come and hang out with your friends for happy hour or after dinner. I like it because you don't have to wear a miniskirt and heels to fit in. The guys aren't creepy (for the most part) and nobody is trying to force their phone number down your throat.

Most of the bartenders are cool. It's pretty typical in bars that female bartenders usually tend to ignore other female customers, but not here. The GM Sam and the other girls that were working this past Friday night were awesome. They remembered our names and even came over and talked to my friend and I. I have never had a problem getting great service here.

I just wish they had food. But there is a pizza place nearby that will come and bring you pizza if you call and order it. And sometimes theres a guy that comes in selling tamales. It's a little weird, but after a few drinks who cares.

First time at this Little Woodrows and it was fine expect for the smoking on the patio but why not sit out there on such a nice, sunny, WARM day but I disgress!!

Waitress was friendly and service was fine. Yes, they've got the big patio and the specials and the food next door or you can come on Steak Nights when the Ribeye Truck shows ups which is AWESOME by the way.  It is $12.00 for a 10 oz and $17.00 for a 16 oz - they both come with either a salad or baked potato.

So if your new to Austin or just visiting this FUN town - stop by Little Woodrows and get your true feeling for Austin.
