TERRIBLE SERVICE! I have always had a soft spot for servers and wait staff (I served and was a bartender for many years) , but this place pushed me to the point where I left no tip. Not only that, the servers were actively avoiding us. We sat on the patio and I had to go inside to ask the bartender for our check. We didn't stay for any main courses as we were beyond upset and didn't want to give them anymore of our business. We then headed over to Cannery Row Brewing Company for some dinner. The service was night and day compared to the crap service at London Bridge. I would have given this place no stars, but as we all know, one star is the minimum.

This review is solely based on SERVICE.
I went in about a month ago with a few friends after playing beach soccer. We sat inside, ordered some beers and appetizers. We ended up moving outside to be in the sun and I guess the blonde waitress didn't like that even though we let her know. After our food came the waitress never asked if we needed anything else. Instead she'd pass by us without even looking at us. Just when we thought she'd ask if we'd like anything else she brought us the check before we were even done with our first beer! We got the hint so we finished our drinks and appetizers then left. There's also a "Convenience fee" (just thought i'd throw that out). We left pretty disappointed because we were thirsty! So we took our money elsewhere.

I have been here a few times and this is what I've gathered:

Go for the drinks and the atmosphere.

Go else where for food.
