  This place is a little gem, especially considering its location. The pizza is different and delicious (the crust is flaky, like a pie crust, in a good way), and there is something super addicting in the mesquite BBQ sauce. Everything we've tried is very tasty and very different from everything else nearby. (And we're kind of picky.) Oh, and try the onion rings!
  
  The only drawback is the wait times can be a bit long, but I'm fine with that if the food is good--a rarity in these parts. (We usually call ahead and carry out though, so it's not a big deal.)

  I still much prefer brick oven style pizza to a Ledo style - but I have to upgrade Lone Star from "A-OK" to "Yay I'm a fan." for a number of reasons:
  
  a) the host liquor store cleaned out the wacky flea market surplus goods assortment, and it seems, created more space for the embedded pizza shop. Less entertainment perusing the goods while you wait ... but much improved atmosphere. Let's face it - you know you like the fancy Cabernet in the heavy bottle a lot better than the two buck chuck in the cardboard box, even if they're the exact same juice.....
  
  b) I finally tried one of the specialty texan style pizzas (chorizo chipotle cactus) tonight. I'm not sure it's actually pizza ... but it's very tasty.
  
  c) I ordered a large, and asked them to make it 2/3s texan and 1/3 just plain cheese for my 3.5 year old. I fully expected and would have been perfectly happy to pay for the full texan pizza. They actually discounted it to reflect the 1/3 cheese.
  
  d) my picky eatin' 3.5 year old loved the plain cheese portion. Then 20 minutes later was asking for more.
  
  I haven't tried anything else besides a few pizzas, but they have a full menu of cheesesteaks, sweet potato fries, salads, calzones.
  
  I'm recommending you check it out. Even if you now have to go somewhere else to buy the thread and bike pedals you need with your carry out.
