While on vacation I like to try pub food where ever I go.  This place is family friendly, yet they have a great brew selection from there sister brewery.  So if your looking for a pub with sports speal but family friendly and good food.  This is a good choice.  Reasonable prices.  Good beer, good food, what more could a guy ask for.  Oh service was fairly prompt and kept up with our needs.  We where a group of 3 adults and 3 toddlers.  I enjoyed the meal.

We stopped in at Lovejoy's for a beer after a long walk through Laramie. We didn't get any food here but my husband (who used to frequent this bar in college) got a beer and really seemed to enjoy being back here.

The service was really good. Both our server and the bartender chatted with us throughout our brief visit. This bar was on the quiet side and was nice and clean. I really enjoyed that it was right next to the train tracks. Maybe next time, if we ever find ourselves back in Laramie, we can get something to eat here.

Food was so-so, but prices were good and  so was the service. I ordered the bison meatloaf with garlic mash, I expected more flavor from the description on the menu, but it wasn't horrible. Same with my chocolate torte dessert. So overall food was not horrible but nothing great to recommend about it.

One word: Service. Some places have it and some don't and Lovejoy's definitely has it. Easily the nicest bartenders I've encountered in Laramie so far. Matty and Brenda are great behind the bar and they make you feel welcome and relaxed. I like the train traffic outside, it's fun to watch them go by while you enjoy a beer with friends. You can't miss when you order a burger. My favorite place in Laramie.

Always enjoy eating here, very friendly staff with good food. The Sunshine Crunch turkey sandwich is a particular favorite. It sits right across the street from a railroad track which I love because I happen to love watching trains, it's not distracting to the dining experience but does add fun to it.

I was in Laramie for a week earlier this month, and this was the first place we went for lunch... we didn't go back. It's not great, it's not terrible - everything about it is just average. The service was all right - not terribly quick or friendly. The food was fine. Overall, though, there are much better places to eat in Laramie.

Lovejoy's is a nice place to go if you're looking for dinner. The meals aren't anything that's worth writing home about (but worth writing a Yelp review about), and their selection of beers (including locals!) is okay. Service tends to be relatively fast, and they have a couple of TVs which are usually playing sports. The place is laid out kind of oddly, so while there is enough space for large groups, you'll probably have to sit apart from each other.

After you're done with dinner, you can come back and check out the bar. The bar tends to be quieter and less crowded than others in town, but again, due to the weird layout, it's not really a place to go if you have more than a few friends.

Nice restraunt.  There are three things I had a problem with.  When a train goes by it shakes the restraunt.  They are soooo loud.  But, I can put up with it.  The second thing is that their menu seems limited.  I can always find at least one thing I like, but I wish there were more options.  The third detractor is the small size of the place.  I always feel cramped.  If only they had a larger building and were in a different location.

The food is always better than most, but never better than all.  I really enjoy the softshell tacos there.  They have a great selection of brews.

If you need a quick bite to eat, and don't mind loud trains, a tight fit, then this is the place for you.

I had the chimchanga it was very good. My wife had enchiladas which she enjoyed also.  The munchers appetizers were good.

Don't expect a lot, but it's better than going to a chain restaurant in town that's for sure. Prices are reasonable, especially if you aren't drinking and service was generally good. If you find yourself in the hinterland and want a bite to eat with standard American fare, Lovejoy's isn't a bad place.

Not a particularly great bar and restaurant. There's only one thing here that you can't find done better someplace within a 5 block radius: the sunshine crunch. This arterial clogger is two slices of sourdough, battered with crushed potato chips, fried, and used as the basis for a sandwich of turkey breast, bacon, swiss, and cheddar cheese. It still haunts me...

Otherwise, head to Altitude for the same beer, better food, and better atmosphere.

Great food and drinks - one of the nicer places in town.
