Macri's Italian Kitchen

Worst dining experience in a long time!! Service was horrible, like beyond horrible and we were one of two tables there!  
Food was nothing special, even a little chinsey. . .and ridiculously overpriced.

Finally, something fantastic and unique on the South Side!  You'll be magically transported from a strip mall across from a WalMart to...well, you can at least pretend you're in Italy and not be too far off.
Macri's offers a generous variety of Italian food for more than one price range. Don't underestimate their wonderful sandwiches.  People just don't understand how amazing eggplant can be.

I went to this restaurant in the morning with my mom and grandma. The food was good. I got the pizza and salad bar. The salad bar was good, I kinda wish that they had a little more toppings and caesar salad dressing but it was good. The pizza was nice and was all you can eat. The service was good, the only problem I had was that you had to pay the cashier and that was also the carryout line and as I was ready to go, I was forced to wait for people to pay and wait for their food. This system should be looked at in order to get me out in a timely manner.
