Came with my daughter during peak hours and only asked for 2 order of fries and 2 chicken sandwiches.  The cashier was extremely  to customers, then she forgot my order 3 times and when we finally got the order the bread was stale. If it wasn't for security being the only one who seems to have good customer service, then I would give it no stars.
Review Source:This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life and I'm not even being dramatic. Sure the cashier was   nice (not chipper with a smile but that's rare these days) however it took 25 minutes for them to get my little sisters order of a simple McDouble and 3 cookies. 25 minutes?! This is the second time this has happened and I will never go again. My biggest pet peeve was that they didn't call out your order number but rather your entire order for example, "2 mcchickens, and a diet coke" this caused confusion. And the rude people who were tired of waiting just snatched any food that was close to their order. I've never seen that... DON'T EVER GO HERE.
Review Source:Let me first start by saying this is thee worse McDonalds in the 60636 zip code...Perhaps even the Englewood neighborhood. I can excuse the fact that they do NOT have a dollar menu or the famous $1 any size drinks but I cannot excuse their AWFUL service. If it doesn't take 30 minutes or more to receive your food, you are probably gonna have to check your order because chances are.....they got it wrong.
Review Source:This McDonald's is "Hollywood" themed but they do not have star quality. The cashier was polite but the service went in slow motion. Â
It is inexplicably dumbfounding how long it took for us to receive our order of oatmeal and soft serve ice cream. She only got about 1/3 of the chocolate shell on my soft serve that I paid full price for. While I waited, I asked another cashier if I could have a cup of water. He wanted to charge me an additional .49 and then proceeded to talk about another customer who had the audacity to make the same request.
If I weren't in an area where I thought I might not come out alive, I would've spoken my mind. Instead, I told her that I forgave her and left.
Yes my fellow Yelpers, I have been bamboozled yet again! Â So of course all I want is this yummy Frappe that I'm now hooked on (as MickeyD's is known to do). The first time I went to this location, the line in the drive thru was incredibly long (isn't it illegal for the drive thru line to end in the street?!?!) Â and the lines inside were equally ridiculous. Â I turned around and left immediately after I saw an employee just stare at the next person in line as if to say "let's skip the small talk, WTF do you want?"
Today I was feeling brave plus it was "are you serious" hot out. Â I went through the drive thru as there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Â I proceeded to order my yummy Caramel Frappe (minus the canned spray cream) only to be informed that they were out of caramel drizzle. Â Seeing as though I wanted to hold the cream stuff and not the drizzle, I felt a little annoyed and asked would there be a discount offered since there would be no caramel on my CARAMEL Frappe. Â OMG I swear you could have heard crickets for at least 60 seconds. Â At that point I was too paranoid about something else being drizzled on my yummy Frappe and decided to get the hell out of there...for GOOD!!! My fellow Yelpers, just keep driving, you're bound to run into another one on the way to your final destination. Just keep driving and don't you dare look back!
