This new McDonald's location just opened up near where I live about a month ago. Â Thy wife and I have been there about five times. Â Every single time we've had a problem, or someone else visiting at the same time had a problem. Â Every single time someone has a problem. Â Â
They've got our order wrong, they've shorted us food, and they've even charged someone else's order to my credit card. Â Last time I was there an employee was smoking at the door. Â I guess the Indiana law requiring them to keep 8 feet away from the door isn't enforced there.
The secret to being successful in the fast food industry is to hire and train quality employees. Â This location has failed miserably.
