The service was great (the owner brought us big hats to wear for the Kentucky Derby, which was amazing and worked out nicely because the sun was in my eyes).
The food was... I guess, as can be expected? I ordered my prime rib medium rare, she warned me that i couldn't get anything less than medium - ok, that's typical for prime rib. But then it came well done and I was not happy, nor was I in the mood to send it back and receive what I could only expect to be an identical cut of meat.
Dinnermates had a fish fry and a pittsburgh salad, each of which were good portions and they were happy with them.
The view was great and just what I needed for the first Saturday of May - and was enough for me to return for a reasonably priced water"front" dinner... I'll just stay away from the prime rib next time.
